- DBDonald BarronApr 3, 20251.0I had an absolutely terrible experience with the Enterprise location in the Fred Hass Toyota dealership. At pickup, I was rushed through the inspection process forcing me to miss some damage on door. I had the awful car less than 24 hours, it smelled so musty it made me sick and already had damaged. Now they are claiming I damaged the car and claiming it on my insurance. It is absolutely not fair to make me pay for someone else's damage, that has likley already been claimed on someone else's insurance. I will caution everyone I know to avoid Enterprise so they don't have to have the same experience with the terrible customer service and dishonesty.
