  They have held my camper hostage for 4 months just to replace an outlet. Still waiting for them to let me know when I can pick up my camper. They are a horrible place to bring your camper, and it’s a 2026 camper.

  Jaden may be the most professional young man I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I’m an old grandma looking for a part. He was patient, thorough and took time to ensure I was ordering the correct item we needed to repair our AC unit. I hope you guys pay him well because he may be the CEO someday due to his servants heart and knowledge of all things RV! Kudos for having someone so amazing! He deserves a bonus and a raise.   Went in on Saturday looking to pay cash for an rv. Found one but needed some work done to the windows. I was told by the salesman and his sales manager they would check and let me know. I did get a call on Monday only to be told the service manager was not in so I would get a call on Tuesday. Remember this was on the 12th . I still have not heard back so I guess I should of ask what year I would be called back. I would never buy from Camping World. I went somewhere else à purchased one from people I can trust.

  BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Me and my wife recently purchased new motorhome from this dealership in July 2026 and it has been a disaster since we signed the dotted line. The contracts were incorrect from the beginning because the mileage was reading kilometers and not miles. No biggie it happens. However multiple days go by and cannot get the finance group to return any calls to correct the contracts. As a matter of fact, they never returned a call I had to drive the hour back to the dealership to get them to submit the correct forms to the state and Mercedes. They damaged the back trim piece of the motorhome and promised to get that replaced when I purchased. I have called no less than 5 times in 9 weeks to try and determine when the part will be in for replacement. Zero returned calls. I have no idea if the part was ever even ordered. Me and my wife now know that “we will have to look into that and call you back” is code for we aren’t calling you back. Salesman advised us we were getting a dual fuel generator that switched between diesel and propane when the diesel gets at 1/4 tank. Cool. Nope is strictly propane. Zero check out procedure for the motorhome. There weren’t any manuals, spare keys, or power cord when I got the rig. I had to ask the salesman where everything was at and he left and got everything. I asked who was going to demonstrate how everything worked and he was like I can show you some of it. I had to get on YouTube and learn how to operate most of the components on this motorhome. Completely different at this location than any other RV sales place. I was used to having someone operate every component and demonstrate exactly how everything functions. That is not how Camping World does it. You sign, they walk you out to the unit and say Bye! I say BUYER BEWARE as the title because if you are expecting to get good customer service, exceptional product knowledge, good customer follow up and call backs, DO NOT shop at this dealership. Complete opposite. You are a number and once you agree and buy, your number is up and it’s on to the next one. Ashamed considering $100k purchase is something you work a long time to achieve and then to deal with a dealership that cares less is so unfortunate. Really makes you regret making that purchase in the first place. I promise you go buy a $100k Mercedes and you leave that dealership with a completely different feeling. RV dealers could learn a lot from the auto industry in how to treat your customers. As of this date, still waiting for that call back on the repair they are supposed to make when I took possession and still waiting for the unit to get registered and titled - 9 weeks ago purchased. Maybe someday. Thank goodness I was able to cancel all the extra warranties within 30 days and get all my money back. Definitely won’t return here for any reason. Too bad!!

  We also had a terrible experience with camping world there in spring Texas. We bought a new 2025 fifth wheel and spent a lot of money. Since day one things have been a nightmare and mind you this has been going on 3 months now and we still have not been made right. First thing that happened was we had the rv delivered and they sent the wrong keys they told the delivery person that they would overnight them. We didn’t get them for 10 days! Couldn’t lock our door. Then as we inspected the rv we found multiple issues that we’re supposed to be fixed at the dealer and we’re not. Rv was filthy, no owners manuals, things broken and falling off the walls, closet doors broken damaged, missing cordless vacuum ( that apparently they gave to someone else), the pull out table was broken and had a big gauge in it from the travel to us. These are just the things we found at Initial delivery inspection. Then over the next few days we found when we turned on the water in the bathroom it flooded the floor. The bed room tilt bed looks like a child assembled it, instead of actually using the correct parts they tried to Jerry rig it with a drilled hole and a bolt and nut, which when the bed tilts up or down grinds into the metal rail and come off the track, I cut my hand on it trying to figure out why it wouldn’t go up and down like it was supposed to. I had to caulk around the shower because it leaked on to the floor. Btw I have all of this documented and have pictures. These are just a few of the many issues that we have found. There are many more issues that I won’t go into but cw knows about most of them except what we have found just recently. And believe me when I say I tried over and over and over again to get camping world to fix all of this, I even had to call corporate but to no avail. The last conversation I had was with a guy named Francisco who told me he was the new service manager and that the other guy (sterling I think his name was) was gone. And he said that I was one of many that were needing taken care of. And he was going to take care of us. I have tried to call several times since but no one returns my calls. Oh and before I forget sterling had told me early on that he would make this all right and order all the parts and have a tech come out to install and fix everything and make us whole. That was a joke, they had this guy come out and bless his heart but he caused more problems than he fixed. I have talked to probably 5 people in their service department and when I call the receptionist says “ I can’t give you their voicemail or I’ll get in trouble “ unbelievable! We spent a s**t ton of money and are treated like dirt so this is my only option left. Maybe when you at camping world see this you will actually do what you said you would do and fix this. So my advice to anyone who is thinking about buying new or used from them, go elsewhere, I hope no one else has to endure what we have. Oh and camping world, you have my number. 2025 Heartland Bighorn Purchased June 16th this year.
