  I’m obsessed with Mary. I could talk to her all day. Things were getting frustrating with the wait time. We had an appointment for 12 but apparently we were put down for 4 and not told. Camera install was supposed to be quick but then we were told 2 hours. Mary had them speed it up for us because we had already spent 3 hours there (just to walkthrough and sign). She even bought us lunch. She’s the reason for the 5 star review. Honestly she’s a 10 though.

  I purchased my 2025 campsite Ultra 26 cjl from this camping world. Immediately I wanted to cancel my warranties that I was lied to about by finance, Mary Pickering. I have tried calling multiple times and emailing her since September 23rd 2025 and have not had my issue resolved. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Nor will I be giving my business to this place again. If anyone in management cares to help me resolve this issue please feel free to reach out to me.

  I recently visited Camping World and initially had a good experience with our sales representative, Isaac. He was helpful in the beginning while we were going through the buying process. However, once the paperwork was signed, it honestly felt like we no longer mattered to Isaac. During the walkthrough with Andrew from the parts department, we pointed out several issues that needed to be fixed. We waited for over 3 hours after signing the paperwork because they said they here fixing the things we pointed out. After returning home we realize nothing that we asked had been taken care of. The only thing that was done to the trailer was a detail. During the 3 hours of us sitting there Isaac approached us twice for my husbands truck keys and that was it. He never gave us updates or a time estimate on the trailer. It wasn’t until my husband and I approached Andrew and asked about the trailer and he finished helping us. The guy from the parts department helped us FAR more than our own sales representative. Communication and customer service really dropped off after the sale was finalized. Andrew was amazing and he treated us with kindness, actually listened to our concerns, and helped us far more than our salesperson did. He was the only reason our experience wasn’t negative. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

  I hope I’m leaving this comment in the right place. I called and initially no one answered, but Jaden returned my call almost immediately. He was very patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything clearly. He also shared his email and sent helpful pictures showing exactly what I needed and what steps to take. Jaden was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone with this level of dedication and passion for helping others. I truly appreciate his support—thank you, Jaden!

  I went here to trade in my RV. My initial interaction was good and smooth. Found a unit I liked, submitted for financing. Said would find out later that day. Which turned into the next day. They reached out to me late in the day asking for more information for the banks. I submitted the information they said would know in an hour which turned into another day. Which lead to today. I got no follow up from anyone. By noon I stopped by to check the status. They told me I got denied all across the board and the RV was actually sold yesterday. And the sales guy was out today so that’s why I didn’t get a call. This is my first interaction and it was very unprofessional. To lie to a new client about the availability of an RV but still drag them through the process was very strange to me. Highly doubt I will do buisness here in the future if this is how they treat a new client.
