  I'm new to RV life and it's clear already that no two rigs are the same and none of them are perfect on Day 1. There are just too many hands in the process and too long of a time between the various factories and your delivery. So everyone knows to expect some initial adjustments. I won't bore you with mine because that's not what matters. What's important here is the quality of the people and their work to make sure customers have a great experience. It's not perfect, but how could buying a house and a car at the same time be perfect? That's a big ask, and Camping World steps up to make you feel like they are there behind you before, during, and after the sale. I also want to acknowledge the sales training. There are hundreds of RVs and I knew what I wanted to do with it but not which one to buy. My salesperson took me to the vehicle I would buy after only showing me two others. I did tons of online research after my initial visit just to find out he was right! I couldn't be happier with my new RV and I'm glad I bought it from Camping World. As a business owner myself, I think "top down" values really matter across an organization. Camping World was founded by Marcus Lemonis who is a known personality and ethical businessman. When you're spending this much and putting your life and your dog inside, who you buy from matters.

  Not happy at all with my experience with the service department! A few things had to be fixed like a missing fire alarm and the door pull. We had a few tvs mounted also. After going up there numerous times on several occasions we were able to finally get the tvs mounted where they were supposed to be acquiring additional holes that didn’t need to be made. The door pull was also put on and looks like crap and the door was dented. This is a NEW one and if anyone was going to dent it- it should have been me. We were told the service dept management has changed and it went down hill. Not my issue and if I would have known I would have not purchased from here.

  We don’t typically leave negative Google reviews, but our experience with Camping World in Spring, TX has been incredibly disappointing. About a month ago, my fiancé and I purchased a brand-new 2026 travel trailer. It was supposed to be an affordable place for him to live while working out of town, but instead it has been one problem after another. From the beginning, the bedroom sliding door was broken, the shower leaked and flooded the main living area, and the refrigerator didn’t work. When a technician was sent out to make repairs, he arrived with his family in the truck and didn’t even have the tools needed to complete the job. We still don’t have a working refrigerator. All of the food we prepared for my fiancé spoiled, and he’s now been forced to eat out every day, which has become an unexpected and expensive burden. To make matters worse, this is a 2026 trailer and the roof is already showing signs of falling apart. As someone who relies heavily on Google reviews and customer referrals in my own profession, I don’t leave reviews like this lightly. I understand that defects can happen, but what has been most disappointing is the lack of urgency, communication, and customer service after the sale. We expected much better from Camping World, especially when purchasing a brand-new RV. I hope this review encourages improvements so future customers receive the support they deserve.

  Worst service you possibly could have. I've had a trailer in for service since Dec 2025. May I was told it was done, went to inspect and it clearly was not done. I have been calling every week for 3 months to get an update or even have someone call me back. I've also called their corporate line with no help. I am bout to report it stolen.

  I bought a brand new camper from them last summer and within gonna say a month of having it we had a big rain storm and my camper started leaking by my door and next to My air-conditioning unit I called and called no one would answer until I went back on their website and put in a inquiry for a new Camper and then someone called me within 10 minutes of doing that they got me transferred over to services and I told them everything that happened and they told me that they would send somebody out to come look at it since it’s under warranty and brand new. I waited about a week and then two weeks went by then another month went by and still haven’t heard from them or anything fast-forward to July 2026 we had another big rain storm and my window started leaking in my camper basically flooded. It had about a half inch of water throughout the whole Camper. I called insurance and they said to contact the dealership since it’s a brand new and they would replace it or fix the damages then again called the dealership about 4 to 5 times and no one would answer so I went back again and put in a inquiry on a new Camper and then someone called me within 10 minutes told me that they would have a service man come out and assess all the damage and they would get it fixed as soon as possible after about a month after that call I have not heard from them since and have not seen a repair man since so I ended up spending about $7000 to fix all of the walls and flooring that have all been messed up and appliances. I’m just irritated that I bought a brand new camper and having problems and the dealership is making no effort to try and fix the problem.
