We dropped our unit off for minor issues that were under warranty over a month ago. The work was supposed to take less than 2 weeks and we called multiple times checking on the status since we have trips already booked for the summer. No one will return calls or give us an update on the status. We finally got ahold of someone 2 weeks ago that was supposed to check on the status then we no ever received any other calls. My husband called 3 days ago and told them we were picking B it up this morning for our trip and nothing has been touched. All we needed was a pigtail for the propane tank replaced that was leaking, curtain rod over the bunk repaired where it was screwed into the ceiling panel and not the studs, and the plastic clips replaced that hold the kitchen curtains down. Service ticket shows this should have been 2 1/2 hours of labor and a month later and none of it has been touched.

I took my RV in for warranty and it took them over a month to repair my A/C and main jack. Then the day I went to pick up my RV the new main jack was defective, a situation that they corrected immediately by changing the jack again in 1 hour, when I got to the RV parking lot I realized that the A/C was not working again. Too much inefficiency in the workshop, taking into account that it took them more than 1 month, they charged approximately 500 dollars while everything was under warranty because my unit is new and the problem continues. What they did was change the battery that was 3 months old because supposedly the previous one was defective. I need an immediate solution.
