  I just want to preface this review with this. My last two weeks have Just not had any luck with anything and my brand new 112 pound thrust eye pilot trolling motor I bought a week ago crapped the bed on me on its first go around after spending three hours downloading software calibrating the heading sensor and doing everything I possibly could, as well as on the phone with Minnkota 24 seven trying to figure out what’s wrong with my trolling motor. I finally had enough and called to see if I could return my trolling motor with no box and exchange it for another one and the store I bought the motor from was out of stock. I drove to the Spring location. And talk to four different people over the phone and in person about getting this trolling motor exchanged and when I tell you the level of professionalism, these people had and respect and kindness was unbelievable Amanda was the one I started out on the phone with as well as Zoe then I got transferred over to Kimberly, which is one of the managers and also had to get David the store supervisor involved and they were so great to me. They made everything right and honestly went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the water so I could continue my business. I am a disabled veteran Just trying to Make in meat, and when this happened, I thought my world was over David, Kimberly, Amanda and Zoe really helped me out and I cannot thank them enough. I know this is a long and drawn out review, but I can’t express my gratitude for these people enough. These are exactly the kinds of people that keep me coming back to the store and making these giant purchases.

  I bought a boat here at the end of May and noticed that a decal on the side of the boat had a long scratch on it. They made note and ordered an a new one. August I get a call that the decal is in and if I could drop off the boat. I dropped off the boat on August 6th and was told that it had to go to the detail shop to have the decal replaced. August the 12th I called to check when I could pick up my boat only to find out that it had not been taken to the detail shop yet and was assured that I would be able to pick it up by the 14th. August the 14th I called and was told that I will not be able to get my boat until August the 17th. I usually have to call several times to get anyone to answer. I have tried leaving messages and emails with absolutely no response. They will not reach out and offer any updates. I guess that I am the fool for expecting descent customer care. I will no longer be using them for anything after this, assuming that I get my boat back

  I was helped by several staff members throughout the store, but Jordan made such a great impression. She helped me at checkout and turned a good experience into a fantastic one by having great conversational skills. The store overall was also beautiful and exceptionally clean.

  Best store I have ever walked into from Springfield so I have high expectations for stores and absolutely love the service and products but yall should sell Bates reels
