I wanted to take a few minutes before leaving the store to share that I had a phenomenal experience with James H.
I came in stressed about why my truck was hesitating to start, and I asked James if he could check my battery. Even though he was busy handling things inside the store and making sure everything was running smoothly, he immediately stopped what he was doing and came outside to assist me.
After checking, we found out the battery was bad. James went back inside and, in less than five minutes, had the right battery ready for me. I then asked if he could install it and without hesitation, he stepped up to help.
Despite the truck sitting a little higher than usual (and both of us being a bit height-challenged), James still got the job done quickly and efficiently. He replaced the battery in under 10 minutes and did it with a great attitude, no complaints, no hesitation.
What stood out the most was his willingness to help. He didn’t make it feel like a burden at all in fact, he seemed genuinely grateful to assist.
James, thank you for your professionalism and service. And to whom this may concern, James is a true asset to your team. His work ethic and customer care deserve recognition.

Horacio, was amazing... My blinker lights went out. He went above and beyond to help figure out what was causing it. He was a big help. He needs recognition. Very polite and well mannered.
My long time friend Keisha Robinson informed me she was well pleased with her time here after she had to warranty swap her battery. The kind, honest and good doing young man Garner G. informed my friend Keisha or "x3 K" for short, informed her that her battery could not just be simply replace due to its complex electronics and battery memory and that she would have to take her car to a reputable mechanic/dealership to reconfigure it and not another autozone since they may try to change the battery without knowing the proper information for her vehicle or to just get another customer out of the door. Keisha came back to attempt to congratulate the young man and his manager for his OVER AND FAR OFF customer service. I went in myself and was told my battery is in fact not a Duralast battery but a Nekolast which are no longer sold anywhere, Garner G. is overall very noticing of his capabilities and even sold me an as close to replacement for my imported niche 1998 Daimler-Benz Smart City-coupe with the correct battery which made me leave with a very pleased grin.
