We were traveling from DFW to Houston when a good-Samaritan told me both breaks lights were out. We found this amazing AutoZone, not having any tools, I had NO WAY to change the bulbs myself. Howard Edwards graciously jumped in and offered to change the bulbs for us! Service was out of this world! Howard, you are wonderful! Thank you for making this simple and easy!!

I just left the store five minutes ago. The service was horrible. The stuff I went to purchased was left at the registar. I just walked out.

Customer service sucks !! There was no greeting or any enthusiasm towards helping a paying customer. There was definitely a difference, ALL customers should feel welcomed.1

Terrible service. They don’t pay attention to customers. I asked one of the employees where I could find a side mirror for a Honda Civic, and he just responded ‘eBay.’ Then I tried to ask for more guidance since my mirror was completely broken, and he repeated ‘eBay’ again. When I was about to ask if he knew any other place where I could get the part, he cut me off and walked away to help someone who had just entered the store, while I was still speaking, in a very indifferent manner. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but that is not an excuse to treat people with indifference.
