  Well autozone gets one star. I'm really conflicted over this because in store they are great bunch going out of there way to help their customers. The one star comes from the experience I had when I ordered something online. They took my money charged me for the shipping and never sent me my package. Made no effort to return my money, didn't inform me that the shipment was cancelled nothing. I used the contact us butting in the app which never generated a response from them. It wasn't untill I sent them an email telling them they had three days to return my money or I would never buy anything from them again. Then I received an e gift card. Since they .ade the three day I gave them I decided to try again and ordered what I needed again. They done the same thing again. Another week without my item and trying to have my money returned. When they finally returned my money I just walked into the store and bought what I needed. The employees were very kind and helpful. Hence my conflication. For me Autozone is a great auto parts store, but they really need to work on there online business, or at least the online customer service for the times things do go wrong

  I visited AutoZone expecting basic customer service, but unfortunately the staff came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and uninterested in helping customers. If employees don’t want to assist people properly, management seriously needs to improve training and accountability. Customers spend their hard-earned money and deserve respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy.

  Very bad attention. I came to buy a part with my business account and they practically didn’t let me use my account or tap with my card. I am the owner of the account and even so seeing my name and calling my same number they treated me as if I were going to steal my part.

He quickly tested my battery and clearly explained that while it was technically functioning, it was no longer holding a proper charge.
