    I was actually in search of a spray paint for a school project for my son. I happened to find one on clearance at a location that was a bit further from my house. The price was right though so I made my way over. Jorge greeted me as soon as I came into the store with a genuine smile! He asked what he could help me with and I told him that I had an online order. He looked up the order and then said that he would have a look to see if they had it available. He searched diligently to find the product I had ordered and it turns out it was out of stock. He was incredibly apologetic and explained that they had been having some issues with their online system, especially when they have a product that goes out of stock but the website still shows it as being in stock. He was incredibly gracious and kind in honoring the price for a similar product in the same brand with a slightly different color variation. That is excellent customer service and demonstrates a true commitment of integrity to the customer when there is an inventory issue. I was so very thankful for Jorge and his commitment to providing excellent customer service! Thank you Jorge! I also have to say that I was incredibly impressed with the Christian music they play in the store. What an uplifting and encouraging way to lift a customer’s countenance, especially when they are having to purchase unexpected parts for a car that is not functioning properly. The music provided so many reminders of all that we have to be thankful for and the ways that The Lord provides for us in amazing ways. I found myself singing right along with the music as I was waiting to check out. This store may be a bit further from my house but I am certainly willing to put in the few extra miles just because of the excellent service. Thanks again Jorge!

    Unfortunately, during installation of front brake pads, we discovered they were defective due to the pre-installed hardware coming off the pad itself. It’s very frustrating when you have a vehicle up and the parts just aren’t working as they should. The store I originally purchased these at stated they were out of stock however we could go to the Spring location for an even exchange however I was misinformed. When I arrived at the Spring location, Hannah took the time to explain why it wasn’t an easy swap due to the product being defective, remained calm when I wasn’t so calm due to a long day of playing assistant while my son worked on some car maintenance projects. Hannah went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and back on the road ASAP. It’s hard to come by excellent customer service these days. Thanks again, Hannah!

    I hope I spell his name right Mr. Jorge is a life saver the best customer service skills I have came across by far. I was looking for a o ring to my 2011 Hyundai sonata I went by a couple advanced auto parts a couple autozone and they all was ass. They couldn’t help me with shit. But Mr Jorge he took his time to help me and made sure I got the right part. I recommend a promotion asap. 10/10 customers service skills
