First off they asked if I’ve ever been there before with this vehicle, I said no. They scan it and apparently the previous owner was so they just ran with that and gave me the receipt in her name. Now I know who owned my vehicle previously. Name, address, phone number, email and all. 😳 It states that the seen an oil leak, nobody said anything. Mind you I was the only customer there at the time. I got charged $9.99 for “shop supplies”, what supplies are needed other than the oil change charge? Says they rest my service reminder, that didn’t happen. Says they checked my air in my tires, they are still low. Says they checked my air filter, that didn’t happen. Here is my favorite part under “Estimate Exceeded”… I acknowledge notice and oral approval of an increase in the original estimate price…. Not only did they not tell me about an increase, they never told me what it was going to cost in the first place. Next time I won’t be lazy and just do my oil change myself. Lesson learned.
