  This is Asher. Four Mondays ago, I took my Audi A7 for a car wash. Right after the car wash, I noted major scratches on the right B Pillar, as well as the left front Fender, and the hood. I inquired Jaleni the manager who took multiple pictures and said that she will contact me the same day period. After a few days had passed, I went back several times and inquired about the car and I got the same response that the manager is not available. I requested to talk to the general manager Mike, and I was told that he's not available to talk to any of the customers. Finally, I got in touch with the manager Jaleni who comfortably told me that the scratches were already there based on the videos she reviewed during the car wash. It is highly unlikely that I could put the pattern of scratches on the B pillar and the hood and fender all at the same. What's frustrating about this situation is the manager Jaleni was not helpful and Mike the general manager was never available to talk to me. I am stuck with the scratches. Be careful!

  I was excited to find a car wash that could accommodate taller and larger trucks, but unfortunately that excitement did not last. After about five washes, the car wash ripped the mirror cover off my truck. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the mirror prior to entering the wash. Very disappointed with the experience. Looks like I’ll be going back to hand washing from now on.

  I took my Pickup & Wife's Traverse threw the Car Wash. Both Vehicles came out very Clean. I am impressed with the Car Wash. I am also impressed with all the people that worked there. Great Place to go. Maddog

  Honestly super impressed with this car wash. The vacuums cleaned my car insanely well — like it looks brand new inside. They didn’t miss anything and got all the little spots too. Also shoutout to LJ, he was really helpful and you can tell he actually cares about doing a good job. He took his time and made sure everything was right, which you don’t always see.   I had a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash. The service was efficient and thorough, and the staff was professional throughout. I especially want to recognize LJ for his hard work and attention to detail. He was respectful, focused, and made sure everything was done properly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. My car looked excellent when it was finished. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning in the future.
