  I just stopped in for a quick touch up on the inside of my vehicle and was quickly met by Nike with interest in how she could help me or improve my experience. She was very kind and personable. Thats exactly why i love this wash spot.

  I went through the drive through car wash and it broke the side mirror cover off and cracked it. The manager told me they are not liable and there was really nothing they could do. She also informed me of a sign out front that says something about this. I missed it. One of the employees told me they are encouraged by the company to push in customers side mirrors for them but they are not required to. She then told me she didn’t feel like doing it so that’s why she didn’t. Another employee told me that the drive through keeps breaking the mirror covers off but they don’t know why it keeps happening. I do like the free vacuums and cleaner, and towels, but over all I’m pretty displeased with customer service.

  Had to get my membership transferred to the new system. Kendra did the transfer in fast and professional (I was impressed). Jade was very outgoing and helpful as I was wiping down my truck. Over all a very pleasant experience.

  D’Mar Yea and another employee came by as I was vacuuming my vehicle to make sure everything was going good for me. Customer service is great (a far cry from when it was Take 5!). I will most likely get a membership here again seeing how much better it is!

  I previously had wrote a stellar review about this car wash and its people, but I apparently had not come here often enough to know. There are two gentlemen of color here (one is the manager) and both have harassed me. I had spoken to the MSM and thought something would be done. I got my car washed just now and heard from an employee here that (even though this information was not supposed to be shared), it has now been passed all around; the manager and the employee both asked me why I don’t go somewhere else- this is not proper behavior let alone proper customer engagement. The manager does not run this place how it should be run and therefore enables a certain mentality without consequences. I feel very uncomfortable now and I shouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes north just to go to a wash that I’ve had a membership with for over seven years; before it was whistle wash express.
