  I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience here! Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They got my oil changed quickly, but what I appreciated most was how they treated me. I explained that after losing someone very close to me, I had fallen behind on taking care of some issues with my car. They were so understanding and compassionate. They were honest with me about the problems that needed attention and made sure I understood everything, but never once made me feel judged, embarrassed, or pressured into paying for additional services. As a woman, I’ve unfortunately had experiences at auto shops where I’ve felt talked down to or not taken seriously, so being treated with this level of kindness, honesty, and respect genuinely meant a lot to me. It’s rare to leave an auto shop feeling this comfortable and appreciated as a customer. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy service. Thank you again!

  This place always does a great job for my car. They check everything out and work out a good deal for me-all while I get to sit back and wait to drive off. Oil change, radiator flush, air filter, wiper blades and air in my tires. Thank you for an all around good service. Especially Ethan & Chris.

  We had a flat tire and exited the highway to their shop. Ethan and his team were kind and helpful as they changed the flat tire and put on the spare. Ethan even called around to get us a new tire from a local shop so we could get finish our trip safely . Great guys and owner is lucky to have good people !

  Sherman Valvoline is the BEST!!! We stopped in not for an oil change, but because we had a plastic plate hanging from underneath of our car dragging along the highway. It was Sunday, so we were thinking we were going to be stuck with this banging plastic underneath the car for the next 5 hours. We googled and found Valvoline in Sherman. We pulled up, were immediately directed into the garage and they had us fixed and safe and back on the road in under a minute. They refused to charge us, even though we were happy to pay. WE WILL ALWAYS USE VALVOLINE forever because of this one gesture. Thank you, Valvoline, for having employees that care about keeping people safe, even when we weren’t there to purchase any of your products. We sure will from now on. We wish we would’ve gotten the gentleman’s name who helped us. I hope he reads this and knows that two people are super grateful for his kindness today! Keep up the good work, my friend! Valvoline is blessed to have you! ❤️
