  Summer, Ethan and Cole did an excellent job! I usually go to the dealership for Oil changes but gave Valvoline a chance. They really took care of me and I trusted the service they provided. Much much better than the dealership and cheaper!

  Best oil change you can get i read through some reviews and ive noticed all of the negative reviews are about people who dont understand how the service works like Groupon coupons that set the price at $74 it doesn't give you a free oil change but it does lower the price by a decent amount. I also noticed someone was upset about the state inspection if you ask them they tell you they are working on getting their store set up to do it but can't currently. Im not sure why you leave a low review over your own misunderstanding.

  The manager Ethan showed me carbon build up on my engine oil cap and advised me to put a clean additive and flush the engine completely to prevent more carbon build up! Bought my own oil and filter, Chris told me I was a quart under what my engine needed so they used their oil and Chris did not charge me at ALL. GREAT GUYS!

  I purchased a $100 coupon for a full synthetic oil change at a discount of rate $74 via Groupon. The entire coupon was supposed to take off $100 for the service. However, the staff didn’t seem to understand that the $74 I paid via Groupon was a discounted purchase price, and the price of the coupon itself was $100. So they entered my coupon at only $74, so I still had to come out of pocket to pay for my oil change, spending even more money than intended. I always get my oil change at the Valvoline in Grapevine near my home, and they check the rest of my fluids (brake, fuel systems, etc…) This location does not, so that’s an additional trip elsewhere, to get simple services done. The only reason I drove all the way to the one in Sherman was because my friend got married in the area, and I needed an oil change before driving back home.

  Chris and Jacob took great care of me and explained things out to me very clearly, as to cost, and what needed to be done since my car showed evidence of burning oil for some time. They did an engine flush after telling me the price and, they were never condescending despite my lack of knowledge. They did not make me feel pressured to buy something I did not want to buy.
