- CAChristopher AdmireOct 1, 20265.0The man and woman who changed our oil were excellent. It is so rare to get such good service these days and they were wonderful. Paid a little extra with higher prices ever but would allow them to my future oil changes and service with tha kind of attention and care to my car and the kindness they showed!
- SKS. D. KyburzSep 30, 20265.0Barbs and the rest of the team have been taking care of both of our cars for the last few oil changes. Exceptional service and never pushy with any additional upsells, while explaining the condition of everything. We will remain loyal customers for the foreseeable future!
- LDLaJaida DiamondSep 28, 20265.0I had a GREAT experience here this morning. They were quick and efficient and even did a courtesy blinker, wiper and light check for me! Will definitely be going back next time.
- LCLaDonna CashSep 11, 20261.0I wouldn't even give them 1 star, I took my SUV that has no issues in for a typical oil change 4wks ago and the guy kept trying to add washer fluid I nicely explained it's full I just filled it and then he pulls air filter says it's good..I said just change oil and filter please only...well even out of all 3 of there mouths and on my receipt they said they could not get my oil.filter off to change and it started crushing. So they gave me a mechanic to take it to next time oil needs changing and handed me new oil filter.. charged me $130 for oil change no new filter or anything. I sat in vehicle whole time....a few weeks go start it to drive and check engine light is on and oil is pouring out of filter....my husband had to go as far as contacting main headquarters and they admit they done it cameras at oil change garage also shows.... just ladies or anyone please be cautious using them I was definitely over charged corporate even admitted that and I was also charged for the washer fluid he never put in...
