  I stopped in for an oil change with my two little ones in tow. Both gentlemen working were friendly and efficient. They offered water and snacks to my oldest kiddo; and overall, explained things without being a pushy salesman about it. Going to the mechanic as a woman can be intimidating, but this was a pleasant experience.

  Caleb and Robert were absolutely wonderful. I brought my car and bone dry. They took care of me made sure I had plenty of water to drink while I was waiting in the heat were very well mannered and humorous checked my filters changed them and helped me get a discount from the website. I can’t say enough about Strickland the oil fantastic fantastic I will definitely be taking my car therefore it’s next to oil change.

  Came in for a oil change and left wanting to come right back the staff are very welcoming and very professional they do their jobs with pride and make sure everything is looked over on my vehicle including tires, air filter ,wipers and fluids and even checked my cabin filter which hasn’t been changed in forever is a well rounded team I’ll most definitely be back!!

  Was qouted 107 for an oil change with tax should have been no more than 120. I had a 20 dollar off coupon that should have come out to 100. They gave me a bill at the end of 149. False advertisement at its best they told me after the work was do e that there were extra fees. Tax Fees that do not exist in thia area. Straight lying and price gouging my oil wasnt even filled to the top they said they dont do that there. I said when I pay for a service it better be do e correctly they pretended to call a manager and said they didnt answer that the manager only allows them to put so much oil in a vehicle. I said your going to put what it calls for in it. I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you like getting ripped off.

  I came in expecting an oil change. I left questioning every other customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m convinced the team at Strickland Brothers in Sherman has somehow unlocked the secret to perfect customer service. From the second I pulled in, it felt like I was visiting lifelong friends who just happened to be world-class automotive technicians. Everyone was smiling, professional, respectful, and genuinely seemed excited to help. The speed was almost suspicious. I barely had enough time to admire how organized the shop was before they were already wrapping everything up. If NASCAR ever needs a pit crew, they should recruit this entire staff immediately. What really blew me away was the honesty. They explained everything, showed me exactly what they were doing, and never once tried to sell me something I didn’t need. In a world where that’s becoming rare, these folks are the gold standard. I’ve eaten at restaurants that took longer to bring me a glass of water than it took this team to complete my service. At this point, I’m considering driving to Sherman anytime I need anything remotely related to customer service. Need an oil change? Sherman. Need a reminder that great businesses still exist? Sherman. Need your faith in humanity restored? Sherman. If Google would let me leave 100 stars, I’d click every single one. If they handed out Nobel Prizes for oil changes, this crew would already have a trophy case. To everyone at Strickland Brothers Sherman: thank you for proving that exceptional customer service isn’t dead. You’ve officially ruined every other oil change place for me because now I know what excellence actually looks like. Absolutely phenomenal. Customer for life.
