  firstly, TYLER was very helpful answering the phone to let me know they can change my tire in a quickly and smooth manner while on a flat. This location was the closest near me and i didn’t expect the great customer service!!

  I took my wife’s SUV here on Monday, and once again, they went above and beyond. I want to specifically recognize Tyler, Jon, Kolton, and Logan. Each of you were professional, helpful, honest, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for taking care of us and getting the work done quickly. I did have one negative experience when I came in on Wednesday and spoke with an older gentleman with a beard. He was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like I was a burden for being there. However, I later found out that he is no longer with the business. While I never like hearing that someone lost their job, I do appreciate that the business seems to have addressed the issue. With that being said, if anyone has had a similar experience in the past, I would encourage you to give this business another chance. This is the second time I’ve had them work on one of my vehicles, and I will continue going back. Again, thank you to Tyler, Jon, Kolton, and Logan for your professionalism, honesty, fast work, and overall great customer service.

  I had a good experience everyone was friendly and helpful. They addressed the issue and got it fixed for me. I went in for a tire repair.

  I needed a tire patched, an oil change, and my wipers replaced. Let me tell you, these guys were fantastic!! Jon Reed took care of me and walked me through everything, he was honest and never once tried to sell me something I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be back the next time my car needs work. This entire team went above and beyond from a friendly introduction, recommending I go get coffee at a nearby local shop, to ensuring a quick and pleasant experience. 5 stars!!
