I rented a car from this location and was overly impressed with the customer service performed by the team . I went in on a Monday which i guess is their busiest day and was taken care of by Zowie, when she informed me that there would be a twenty minute wait for a car as they needed to clean my car I had my car in less than twenty minutes. Some customers who did not have appointments but were there on a first come first serve basis were upset with how busy location was and not using any understanding of what day of the week it was and the fact they didn’t have appointments but were awful demanding of the team . Cameron stood out exceptionally well. Dealing with irritated and angry customers with grace and kindness. He kept his coolness and was unbelievable kind . When I complimented him his response was … my customers have had worse problems than me and most are either broke down or have been in an accident and need no trouble added to thier already bad experience. This was incredible attitude and professionalism. I hope to think that the standard of all enterprise locations will be same if so I will only rent from enterprise thank you very much and God Bless
first time renting a car, and these guys were great the entire way. Very patient, polite and got me a nice car and no hassle at all. Seth, Jim and the rest of there team are great! This is the place to go if you need a car!

I have rented from this location many times and have always received the best customer service. My latest rental was a Jeep Wagoneer. I arrived at 8 to get my rental and the Wagoneer was not ready. It was having four new tires put on with no estimate on when it would be done. After about a hour waiting, Cameron called to check on the status. He said it was going to be a little longer but he was so considerate and thoughtful that he offered to put me into a brand new standard SUV and compensate me for my time. I happily agreed and as he was about to hand me the keys, the Wagoneer showed up. So he got me into the Wagoneer and Cameron was so nice that he still compensated me for my time by starting my rental clock later the next day on the Wagoneer. I would highly recommend this Enterprise and when you go ask for Cameron! He’s the man!
I am deeply disappointed with how Enterprise is handling a bogus claim against my husband. Their damage recovery unit is attempting to charge us for a failed wheel bearing claiming it was driven "off road". You cant even drive off road in a front wheel drive nissan altima. As with anyone with basic mechanical knowledge know a factory-installed wheel bearing does not spontaneously fail from a bit of mud. What enterprise is conveniently choosing to ignore is that Sherman had over 6 inches of rain and widespread construction that entire week. Furthermore the vehicle already had severe wheel damage and noticeable suspension noises at the time of pickup, which they should have documented in their system already. Instead of acknowledging that these pre-existing issues or routine wear and tear caused componet failure, they are trying to pass the financial burden onto us. This feels like an attempt to exploit people who they assume dont know any better. We will not be using enterprise again until this is completely resolved and I strongly caution the local community to watch out for these kinds of dishonest practices.
Completely dissatisfied with our experience. We have used Enterprise before with no issues, but this time was different. They loaned us a Nissan Altima that had very badly scratched and damaged wheels. A bent license plate, and badly maintained paint. The vehicle also made suspension noises when we picked it up. Since they did not disclose this to us, we assumed it was not a problem. After dropping the vehicle off after having it less than week, they filed a damage claim against us! They stated we damaged the front wheel bearing. Their "Evidence" that we caused this? Mud on the drivers side of the car. It has rained 6 inches in a week, and the entire town of Sherman is under construction. Yes, there was mud on the car. If you know anything about cars you know wheel bearings fail over time, and do NOT fail from being driven through a muddy puddle, even a muddy road! Dishonest practices and unless this is resolved we will never use them again.
Edit for owners response:
Thank you for the generic response.
I have already been in direct contact with your Damage Recovery Unit (Claim #24222984). For the benefit of the local community, please clarify your specific investigation results here: Did your investigation conclusively prove that mud caused a mechanical failure of the factory-installed wheel bearing on a Nissan Altima, ignoring the 6+ inches of rain and widespread construction occurring in Sherman that week? It would also be appreciated if you could explain how you determined the severe wheel damage, and suspension noises present at pickup did not contribute to the current component failure. Transparency on this specific matter would likely save other customers similar frustration.
What this looks like to me, and anyone with even basic mechanical knowledge, is an attempt to pass on the cost of routine maintenance to a customer that Enterprise had hoped did not know any better.
