  Terrible. Their lack of knowledge and Enterprise corporate lack of giving a crap cost me $400 in tolls. Never again will I use this worthless company. Junky cars too.. smelled like pot

  Had a little situation when I came into the enterprise car rental they unfortunately didn’t have the vehicle that I reserved but Tyrone call me down, walk me through it and was able to rectify the situation almost immediately! Star player!

  I would give zero stars, but it won’t let me super unprofessional waited over an hour and a half for an appointment to get a vehicle and when I got the vehicle, it was dirty, not cleaned and had no gas in it. Plus I paid for a full-size vehicle truck and they gave me a tiny little car said they didn’t have what I paid for very rude people.

  Went in to pick up car for a long trip, I was given a Mitsubishi Mirage. It was awful, the AC barely worked, all the wheel covers were missing and it would barely accelerate without cutting out! The maintenance icon showed up as it needed attention, mind you they knew I was taking a long trip. I returned to get something else to be told they didn’t have anything else & if they did, they would call. I drove an hour to get there & needed to get back home & couldn’t wait. I will never use them again as I have rented from them many times. before. The absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, If I could give them a negative star, I would.

  Every time I've been here it has been a good experience, but the last time Seth was especially helpful and patient with my mother in law and I. He was pretty helpful in a few ways, but I especially appreciate how he came out to my mom's car to do paperwork so she didn't have to get out, she is disabled and was having a rough morning with her knee. He stood dressed in black in 100° heat. He never got impatient, very nice man.
