They refused to pick up the phone when I called them. They will not deliver the vehicle to a repair location either.

Online reservation was simple. The two gentlemen in the Sherman office location were very helpful. I would recommend them for anyone needing to rent a car!

I would give negative rating if i could. The local branch is terrible. I waited nearly an hour to receive my vehicle that was reserved online and should have been ready when i arrived.
The manager, Tyrone, is very rude and a liar. They treated me as if I was trying to steal the rental when I was late returning it. When I called regarding this issue he was very rude. When I called back just to ask an additional question I was put on hold then he hung up on 3 times. Finally I was able to get a very nice person on the phone and was told I was also told that they would be willing to drive me back home when it was returned. When i arrived, All of a sudden, according to Tyrone who very rudely told me they were not.

The on-site staff provided excellent service. However, the online reservation system proved to be highly problematic. Despite making an online reservation, upon arrival at the location, we were informed that no vehicles were available. This resulted in a two-hour waiting period, creating significant stress and anxiety, particularly given our pre-arranged schedule. The discrepancy between the online reservation and the actual availability of a vehicle caused considerable inconvenience and uncertainty.

I have used Enterprise several times for years due to they were the only car rental in Sherman TX. And,I always reserve a non-expensive car. Well, this time I had a situation and had to leave my truck at the dealership and needed to get a car without a reservation. For some reason only the expensive cars were available per sales guy, who knew my situation. Well, after getting an experience car, I got online on an app and showed the sales guy the cheaper car that was on his lot and site said the car was available in less than 15 minutes. But, sales guy said the app doesn't know their inventory and apps always have cars that are not available.
The car I got was nice and had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. But, the good thing in the whole situation, I verified Sherman no longer has one car rental place.
The employees are nice. Don't put yourself in the predicament of maybe having to be slapped with the OkieDoke!
