  Andrew was awesome at replacing my windshield and recalibrating the electronics. He was also able to save my ez tag, registration sticker and car wash sticker. I appreciate his ability to get the job done in 1.5 hours once he arrived. Thank you!

  I have a large 40' motorhome with a small rock chip that I did not want to turn into a windshield replacement. Safelite in Shenandoah, TX had no problem doing the repair and in fact, the technician was waiting for me when I arrived. The repair was completed quickly, and the technician was friendly and professional.

  Careful, if you are paying by plan they ask you to pay $232.75 every week for the next 4 weeks so that you pay the full price which is $931. That is fine, it is expensive for what it is realistically but it is fine. Now they have a very mean hidden cost which is $113 for who knows what reason. Careful with the hidden costs from safelite. They always have hidden costs

  Without going through insurance, I was able make payments instead of having to pay upfront. Really helps with having change in my pocket. Booking an appointment online was super easy and convenient because they could come to my location. On Tuesday I booked an appointment and could've received service on the next day but chose to schedule for Thursday because I was available. I scheduled for morning and was able to get my windshield replaced first thing and was relatively quick, took less than 2 hours, which left me with the rest of the day to enjoy myself. Wonderful! My technician Sultani was super informative and helpful with my questions. I'm very satisfied with the new windshield and already told all my friends about the service. Very happy with my experience.

  I have a 2020 Honda Civic, and a rock hit my windshield in such a way that cracks spiderwebbed all over it immediately. My insurance company suggested I use Safelite for the windshield replacement, so I figured this would be simpler than shopping around. Filing the insurance claim, making the service appointment and paying Safelite was easily completed online. I was able to schedule service for a the next afternoon. My Technician, Kern, was able to arrive about 2 hours ahead of schedule, which I appreciated, so I could get on with my day sooner. Kern was polite, friendly, and professional. He did an excellent job of installing a new front windshield, and it was beautiful and clean, with all my stickers reinstalled in perfect condition exactly where they were before. New windshield wipers were installed, too. Kern did an excellent job of recalibrating my camera and sensors. He had all the necessary equipment to accomplish this at my house. It was interesting to see! I know the recalibration was correct because after Kern left, I ran errands and had opportunities to test it, and everything worked perfectly. I was also provided with a Certificate. My insurance deductible was pretty high, but that’s on me for not knowing how to buy insurance properly to include glass. The total cost for service with Safelite was less than $1k, and I was honestly expecting it to be more due to the sensors and recalibration requirements. This is the first time in my entire life to have a windshield replaced. I did get an aftermarket windshield replacement when I learned that Safelite provides a nationwide lifetime warranty. To get an OEM would have meant justifying to my insurance company why I wanted it, and I just didn’t want to deal with that. I’m very happy with my experience with Safelite, and in particular with my Technician, Kern. I would definitely go that route again.
