  Safelite in Shenandoah was amazing! Everyone was super kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. Domineke and Jesse at checkout were especially sweet and funny, and they made the whole experience even better. My best friend and I checked in and heard the music playing in the shop. My best friend joked, “Oh your car is in good hands. Listen to the music they’re playing!” Dominique started laughing and said, “You’re definitely in good hands!” Then, when my technician, Sean, came out to inspect my car, Domineke even called out, “There’s the DJ!” 😂 It was such a funny moment and really showed how friendly and welcoming everyone was. They were also very communicative throughout the entire process and kept me informed from start to finish. The customer service was great, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Safelite in Shenandoah to anyone who needs a windshield or window replaced. Great service, great people, and a great experience overall!

  I highly recommend Safelite. I contacted them through the internet and to my surprise I was able to get a next day appointment. The service was excellent and I think the price was fair and I really enjoyed the convenience of on-site replacement.

  Although 35 minutes late and at the end of the Safelight Technicians’ day My auto glass issue was taken care of in a professional and kindly manner! I will use Safelight again if ever the need arises! Bravo Safelite and your Team. Excellent!

  Scheduled an 8-12 slot for a mobile service, tech shows up at 7:20 almost an hour before and leaves before I even wake up at 7:40 and I call customer service who can’t get ahold of the tech or shop same as me so she emails management she says. Well I still get zero communication, so they show up knots an hour early then nobody reaches back out to even reschedule or anything so it’s all just a big waste of time so just find a local shop because none of them care anyway

  Very disappointing experience overall. Our original appointment was on 9/12 Saturday. The technician was professional and friendly, but arrived with the wrong part and only discovered the issue midway through the job. After contacting the office, I was told the correct part would be available the following Monday, and my appointment was rescheduled.On Monday, no one showed up and I received no call, text, or email. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my appointment had been pushed back to Friday and in shop without anyone notifying me or confirming my availability. This lack of communication was unacceptable.After rescheduling again for mobile service, the technician arrived only to find that the wrong part had been provided yet again. He had to leave and drive back to the shop to pick up the correct part before the work could be completed.The technicians themselves were courteous and did their best, but the scheduling, parts management, and communication processes were severely lacking. Multiple appointments, repeated parts issues, missed commitments, and a complete lack of proactive communication turned what should have been a straightforward repair into a frustrating, time-consuming experience. I expected much better coordination and customer service from a company of this size.
