  Called today to get service A done and pricing I normally go to Mercedes Benz Boerne the rep quoted me $520 for service A and Mercedes Benz boerne charges $120 with a coupon when I told them this they said “ our prices are really competitive idk how there charging you that” definitely don’t recommend and I’ll never be coming here with whatever scam there trying to run.

  Great service and attention to detail! We purchased our vehicle at Mercedes in Dallas and it was time for our service, we went in to schedule and notify them that we were getting a low oil notification we were topped off and scheduled for our service expeditiously. At our service drop off Jeff listened to our concerns and made excellent recommendations along with the usual service requirement for our GLS. He had a loaner ready and waiting, and constant communication and updates throughout the time our vehicle was being serviced. Jeff sent me links and information and I was able to pickup my vehicle and drop off the loaner at 7am with no problems all staff was extremely kind and ready to help, AND they touched base with me after to make sure everything was running smoothly. EXCEPTIONAL service! Definitely recommend this dealership for all of your Mercedes needs.

  I am revising my initial review based on the total service I received. Very warm and welcoming. My vehicle was ready and washed when I arrived to drop off the complimentary loaner I received while they performed the service needed on my vehicle. Could not have gone any smoother than it did. It's funny because I had just seen a commercial about Sewell Mercedes Benz treating you like family. It is a very true statement. Everyone there is very pleasant and eager to help you. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Even though I live out of town, Sewell is worth the drive and they are now MY service center.

  We had such a wonderful experience buying a car here! From the very beginning—shopping online, to the email communication, to our initial appointment, and finally completing the purchase—everything was 5-star worthy. Tony was our salesperson, and Harrison, the manager, also went above and beyond to help make the deal work for us. Both were incredibly friendly, fair, and easy to talk to. As parents of young children themselves, we were able to relate to each other on a personal level, which made the entire experience feel much more comfortable and genuine. They were also so kind to our toddler, giving him toys and cookies while we worked through the process. Those little things made a big difference to our family and really showed us the kind of people they are. I felt like we were treated fairly throughout the entire process, and I left feeling confident that we got a great deal without any of the pressure or uncomfortable sales tactics I’ve experienced elsewhere. Tony even took the time to give me a tour of the service area so I’d know where to go when I need future maintenance, which I really appreciated. Buying a car can be stressful, especially with a little one in tow, but Tony and Harrison made the experience genuinely enjoyable. I am very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thank you, Tony and Harrison, for taking such great care of our family! ❤️
