While shopping for another vehicle my wife and I decided to take a trip to Mercedes Benz of Selma TX.
We were greeted with a wonderful staff and made sure we were introduced to Lauren Lindeman which is a very professional sales representative who was very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure that our experience was comfortable. Details from start to finish was explained in its entirety and professional manor.
Lauren Lindeman and Kevin Bailey worked above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision making process. We are very excited about our new purchase and we will remember the opportunity and hospitality of the Swell corporation and staff.
Overall excellent experience! The atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and efficient, and my service was completed much faster than I expected. Gabriel provided top-notch communication throughout, including video updates and phone updates. He answered every question I had--even when I asked about window tiniting. His attention to detail made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Thank you Gabriel and the Sewell team!

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Selma (now Sewell) last December. At the time, the CarFax indicated one owner. After the sale, a BMW dealership informed me the car had an aftermarket windshield and an aftermarket oil pan, neither of which had been disclosed to me at purchase. Only after I raised this with Mercedes-Benz of Selma did they acknowledge the parts were aftermarket.
Following my first review, a sales manager (Kevin) reached out. Since the aftermarket windshield had since cracked, he offered to source a replacement and provided a quote from another Sewell dealership in Dallas for a BMW OEM windshield: approximately $3,500. I contacted BMW of Dallas directly and was quoted $2,300 for the identical part and installation.
A quote more than 50% higher than the market rate is not a meaningful remedy for a problem the dealership caused. Combined with the undisclosed aftermarket parts at the time of sale, this experience has left me with serious concerns about how this dealership operates. I would encourage other buyers to proceed with caution

Amazing what a change in ownership can have on a dealership. Sewell recently took over Mercedes of Selma and my recent experience was top-notch. I have an old diesel E320 that needed a brake job with parts that are no longer manufactured, even though they are under a recall warranty. Jeff Beecroft, the ASM, absolutely went above and beyond, calling around America and even over to Germany to find replacement parts to get ol' brown Betty on the road, again. On top of that, Jeff kept me constantly appraised by both phone and text of both the diagnosis and repair status of my car. I got honest feedback with no push for unneeded repairs - What a pleasant, refreshing experience over that of the prior management of this dealership.
I really appreciate Jeff's work and he is the reason I will return to Sewell for future repairs!
