    This was my first time at a Sewell dealership and I can only say that the experience was exceptional. Alex walked me through the process to secure financing and with patience and professionalism all the way. He even drove the car home to surprise my wife as it was a birthday present for her. A big thank you to Alex and the whole team that assisted that day and followed up with calls afterwards....a very pleasant and personalized experience.

    Top notch sales⭐️ Jimmy Mauricio started the sell of my new Benz, and when Sewell took over it caused a few hick-ups and several days were set back. However, once they contacted me to make it a cash deal, the sell was flawless. Alex and John Wang really helped move this deal along. They went above and beyond for the trade of my 2025 Tahoe for the Benz. I’ll be forever grateful for them making it an easy transition for me.

    Disappointing communication and care for a minor issue I brought my car into Mercedes-Benz of Selma because the engine light was on for two days. What should have been a relatively minor fix ended up keeping my car for eight working days, which exceeded a reasonable timeframe for this type of repair. To make matters worse, communication during the week was frustrating—my few calls simply weren’t returned, leaving me in the dark about what was going on. When I finally got the car back, I was disappointed to find greasy hand marks on the white upholstery. For a luxury dealership, I expected much better communication and far greater care taken with my vehicle's interior. Update: Less than 2 weeks after service, engine light on again. Will likely try another dealership for service.

    Enrique Eslizondo gave me excellent service. I could tell he was very knowledgable and trustworthy. The MPI video was thorough, and he gave a thorough clear inspection. He explained to me what the car needed well. I highly recommend working with him.
