Lauren was professional, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They provided a fair trade-in value for my vehicle, honored their commitments, and worked hard to earn my business. I never felt pressured, and all of my questions were answered promptly and honestly.   The look on the sales managers face is what every car buyer wants to see. He asked, and I replied YES! that I got surprised during the signing. I was Surprised that you leave B&B with a full tank of gas in your new car. And there were no surprise add-ons to the price. It was worth the drive to work with Troy.

  My parents just purchased a vehicle from Beck & Beck in Seguin. I was not physically there at the dealership helping my parents through the buying process, so I was not able to look over the documents or help them evaluate the add-ons in real time. After hearing about the experience afterward, I am very disappointed. My parents felt extremely pressured to buy additional products and add-ons from the finance manager that they did not need or fully understand at the time. I understand that selling extras in finance is common in the car business, but there is a big difference between offering options and pressuring customers — especially older customers — into products they may not actually need. We are still reviewing the paperwork to understand exactly what was added and whether everything was clearly explained. I do want to be fair and say the salesperson and sales manager were both good to work with. My parents had positive things to say about both of them. But the finance experience left a very bad impression. I would strongly recommend that anyone buying here carefully review every document, every add-on, and every line item before signing anything in the finance office.
