  BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM BECKS THAT LATER I FOUND OUT WASNT SO GOOD HAD TO PUT LOTS OF MONEY INTO IT RIGHT AWAY CALLED GM DAVE AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPED ME OUT WITH THE CAR TO COVER SOME OF THE COSTS THANKS BECK AND BECK FOR EVERYTHING JODY STREETS

  My husband called Beck and Beck a few weeks ago looking for a used GMC Sierra pickup truck. At the time, there wasn’t one available, but since that time Reyes kept in touch with us, letting us know the status of his search. This past weekend, Reyes called my husband to tell him they had a truck on the lot he thought we would like. We were out of town at the time, but Reyes kept it for us to come see on Monday. The truck was just what we wanted. Then Billy made the financial process a breeze. So, the whole experience was wonderful, and we would recommend Beck and Beck to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

  Today I returned the Mazda back to Beck and Beck for some of my own reasons! Mr. Grayson Beck said not to bring my 2025 GMC Canyon back for service or nothing. Yeah I got a bit upset and said some things but I guess that's how it is. I only had it a year, I'll see if anything was said to other Dealers.. Over all I was happy with them even after just having my truck a few month they had to rip it apart but I can say the young guy did his job and put it back together...js My interactions was between myself and Billy Moore, he's the one said Mr. Beck told him to tell me not to bring my veh back for service or any other problem with it. That was a disappointing blow to me. Thanks for responding to my review, announce responder.. One more thing to add! The day I went back to take the key not one person acknowledged me and before all this everyone in the building spoke to me or just ask how I was.. So with that said it shows how quickly things can change. And you know what I'm ok with it. Just wanted it to be known to management and people that do read reviews...🎤....js

  I just purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5! Rey Reyes was very professional as a new sales representative of Beck and Beck GMC Buick, he has check in on me just see how things are going and that is very important to me, Thank you Rey and the Team at Beck and Beck. This is my second vehicle here, I bout a 2025 GMC Canyon, from Gary, Tim in Service is a great guy he has called and checked in on me numbet of times and Billy is not only a man of his word but a great neighbor. Grayson always make a point to come up and shake my hand like a friend, Brian thank you for great information on things I need to know, Thanks to the complete team at Beck and Beck GMC Buick..

  I am extremely disappointed with the service department. I brought my Yukon in for what should have been a relatively straightforward service—to have the air conditioning system recharged. I was initially promised that my vehicle would be ready on a specific day, only to find out it was not completed as promised. I was then assured it would be ready the following day by a certain time, and once again that commitment was not honored and I was left waiting an additional 4 hours. The lack of communication and repeated broken promises were incredibly frustrating and demonstrated a complete disregard for my time and schedule. Because of these delays, I was forced to change my vacation plans, which impacted not only me but my family as well. I understand that unexpected issues can arise during vehicle repairs, but setting unrealistic expectations and repeatedly failing to communicate honestly is unacceptable. Customer service is about more than fixing vehicles—it’s about respecting your customers and keeping your word. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope the service department takes steps to improve communication and accountability so future customers do not have to experience the same frustration.
