No one took the initiative to move me to another bay or offer an alternative to reduce the wait. Lack of awareness, lack of urgency, and overall poor service.

Ended up doing oil change and both air filter changes. Was so fast I didn’t even realize it was done haha. 5 stars all around!

- SLSandra LopezAug 14, 20261.0I went here for the first time to this place and when I got there and the guy that was there offered me 3 different types of oils and they i waited in the car and within 15-20 minutes it was ready. And I payed and I left, and the next morning I found a big puddle of oil on my driveway. And I decided to go them to tell them that it was leaking a lot of oil. While I was there I spoke to the person who did my oil and he told the other people there. And when they checked they said that it was not leaking, and then I showed a photo for proof that it was leaking. Later he said they already cleaned it and it wasn’t going to leak again. And I asked what happens when it leaks again. And the next day it was worse. Apart from the bad job they did my driveway is now covered in motor oil. Very bad job and I am surprised how fast they did and now I see why. I defiantly will not be back and I do not recommend it.
