- MEMs EvelynAug 15, 20265.0These team of employees are awesome! Beginning from my pick-up ride, to the check-in counter, back to the return counter and my ride back.... they all were so friendly & attentive to my concerns. I definitely left that place feeling valued!
- MPMicah ParsonAug 14, 20261.0Literally sat in the lobby for an hour and no employees were present. As I sat listening to the phone ring over and over (because there were 0 employees present), one of the 5 other unattended customers mentioned that he was told quite some time ago by the one employee that was somewhere supposedly working that the other 2 employees were dropping off customers. Reservation was made for 7:30 and at 9:30 we had not yet been checked in. Will absolutely under no circumstances ever use this location again or enterprise at all for that matter. If you need a rental because you have something to do for gods sake do not patronize this location. If you need a rental just for the hell of it and time does not matter to you at all and you can wait for hours to be helped then this place is perfect for you.

I told them I was traveling with my elderly Mother and needed something easy for her to get in and out of and safe for a long trip and they definitely delivered! Our 1600 mile trip was stress free. Will always rent with these guys!
