  The young person working was supposed to close at 6 rather with a smile and no one else to help him. He took care of 9 people waiting to be taken care of. I think his name is Matt! Super nice he deserves a raise or a lunch bought from enterprise!!! way to go for your hard work!!!

  The car was decent and I was glad to have it while my hail damaged car was being repaired. The cleanliness of the vehicle and all that was asked to be expected. So no complaints there. Where the complaint arises is the typical rental car BS that everyone has to deal with. They tell you one price and then you go to pay and it is consistently more. We were told that the total price was going to be $398. Asked numerous times whether that was going to be the complete and total price. We are reassured numerous times that indeed that would be the price. Lo and behold when we go to drop off the car and pay it was over $500. Typical rental car BS. So I guess I'm not surprised. If you go in there you might want to get a audio and visual recording of them telling you what price is going to be so they can't backtrack it when you drop off the car. Maybe that'll help.

  Critically understaffed. Wait times for vehicles is too long. I know Enterprise has the metrics that supports their peak rental hours. Those metrics need to support their staffing.

  First, gotta applaud this location for their kindness customer service and professionalism. Only issue as I arrive only one person working the counter. Phone was nonstop ringing, agent was assisting a customer, every single seat in the lobby was taking and some of us stood, as others stood in line. It was simply OVERWHELMING for the one male agent. Then another came in from outside who apparently had been helping a customer he asked very kindly whose next? A person jumped in front of the next customer yelling and making a scene, asking for a manager, he stated he was the manager, the customer was rising his voice being extremely harsh, the poor manager self contained himself patiently as 9-13 of us watch in the lobby. General manager or district manager this location needs someone just someone to answer their phones, maybe another human at the front desk what a busy hectic place to walk into. They need HELP!!!!!!!!!!
