  If you want fast service and quality work DONT come here. My tailgate wouldn’t open and I called them and they said would have it done in less than a week because I told them I needed it back by a certain date and they said yes no problem. I get back to the dealership today 8/17 and it’s not ready. They don’t even know what was wrong with the tailgate and told me they don’t know how to fix up the backup camera. They charged me $500 dollars for the “diagnostics”they double charged me and they didn’t fix it within the timeframe or even know what was the cause. At least they had a big smile on their face when they bent me over. Absolute joke! And I have to go back tomorrow because they lost the screws to my cover plate on my tailgate.

  We thought we found the truck we wanted the package we wanted with enough discounts and incentives we could afford it. But we never could get to follow through. We were left hanging two days in a row, and then finally spoke to a finance manager, and had an agreement. Since I’m buyer from another area, I was needing the contract to confirm all the options and exactly how we got to the price. Unfortunately, we just never got to follow through. We needed to feel comfortable giving up the liquidity right now. I think where the gap was created is that we spoke to four or five different people. None of them really followed through with our request to send a contract along with the wiring. And then the first sales person we spoke to that we thought was gonna be our main helper, Kendall, we never spoke to her again after several days..

  Bryce was the most respectful salesperson for my time I have ever delt with! If you have ever bought a car from any dealership you can relate to all the unnecessary time that gets spent there. Not only that he went above and beyond to get the sale done. From working on the best APR possible to car selection. We were able to secure a deal that was better than any other offer from San Marcos to Round Rock. Including the best amount for our trade. He even topped it off with a delivery! Thanks Bryce!

  The buying process went smoothly as I went through my credit union. But it truly seemed after the drafting was completed from my bank communication changed and was slim. The only complaint I have is that I had the vehicle delivered and it arrived with a cracked windshield which was not there when I purchased the vehicle. They told me since I didn’t purchase the extended warranty through the delarship that I wasn’t covered and that the customer understands that anything can happen during delivery and the delarship would not be responsible which for anything which I was not informed of that at all. Just don’t think it’s right to buy a vehicle as advertised then get a damaged windshield and they won’t honor it and fix it.

  I was definitely a handful throughout this whole process! I didn't answer every call or text unless I thought it was going to be a really good deal, and I even walked away twice. But Rhett never gave up on helping me find the right vehicle. I needed to upgrade because my previous car was too small for my family. I didn't want to buy something brand new because of the price, but I also didn't want a vehicle with a lot of miles. I had a specific list of features and technology that I wanted, and I couldn't even decide if I wanted the Grand Wagoneer or the Grand Cherokee L! Through it all, Rhett was patient and never made me feel rushed. I was starting to think I wasn't going to find the right family car. Then, just when I was about to give up, Rhett called me with exactly what I had been looking for—a vehicle with the mileage, technology, and price I wanted. He listened to what was important to me and never pressured me into settling for something else. Thank you, Rhett, for putting up with me, being so patient, and making my car-buying experience such a positive one. I truly appreciate all your hard work and would definitely recommend working with him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND RHETT!!!!!!!!!!
