  Wonderful experience. I have had doubts about Enterprise, but my daughter convinced me to give it a try. I did, not only was this rental a pleasant experience, my daughter now wants the SUV we rented. Claire, provided great information about the vehicle and options for purchase. Thank you!

  Gave me a vehicle that had a red battery alert, when I notified Enterprise of this, they never responded to me or replaced the vehicle. Upon trying to return the vehicle, I showed up at 7AM and was going to wait until 7:30AM so I could drop the vehicle and key off and go to work. I then watched two enterprise employees walk out at 7:27AM while sticking a piece of paper on the door and they left the parking lot. The woman who left her number on the paper said there was a drop box i could leave the key in, their doors were locked where the drop box was located and I had no choice but to leave the key with a chuck nash employee. They then reached out to me attempting to make things right (AND ONLY FOR THE EMPLOYEES LEAVING BEFORE OPENING) but never responded back to me with the rest of my concerns. I was grateful they were able to get me in a rental car as the previous enterprise did not have any vehicles left, but this experience left a poor taste in my mouth. What would’ve happened if the battery went out and I got stranded?? I’m not paying to have YOUR vehicle towed and fixed when it should’ve been taken care of beforehand.

  Had no issues with service. Car was great and employees were efficient. Would come here again if I need a rental in the area.

  I’ve rented vehicles from the Chuck Nash location a handful of times — service has always been great! No issues.
