  Checking in and out was pretty fast and easy. Car i had was due for service and was a little nuisance every time I drove, but not a big issue.

  This was my first time having to get a rental after getting into an accident. The staff was friendly and willing to explain the process to me. Jordan especially had great customer service and helped me get the right car for me and my needs!

  I booked a Mercedes Sprinter in advance for my daughter’s prom. The morning of pickup, I called to confirm and was told they never even had that vehicle available at this location. So why was I allowed to book it in the first place? They blamed it on the main customer service line, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that no one verified the reservation or contacted me ahead of time. Instead, I was left scrambling the day of a major event. I was then told the nearest Sprinter was in South Austin and that they need to find someone to go pick it up. Daniel said he would call me when it was ready. Instead he later said no one could go get it with zero urgency or effort to fix the situation. Now they are avoiding my calls completely. This is not just poor customer service, this is complete negligence and lack of accountability. You don’t mishandle a reservation tied to a once-in-a-lifetime event like prom and then ignore the customer. My daughter’s prom transportation plans were completely ruined because of this. If you are considering booking a specific vehicle here don’t trust it. They will take your reservation without actually having the vehicle and leave you to deal with the consequences. I’m certain the assistant am agent here also knows the situation and is choosing not to speak with me to try to have this resolved.

  Have used enterprise for years in my town San Marcos San Antonio have always had a great experience up until this past week. Tried booking a sprinter van for my Daughter‘s prom. Was told prior to picking up they had the exact model we needed of course come the day of they don’t have it. Daniel was unable to help us out. Did not care about our situation at all. Avoid this branch if possible.
