  Henry was in the middle of his first day when I arrived to pick-up my rental. The senior staff was very busy, but he jumped in and worked hard to get my reservation honored, got the rental checked out for me, and was incredibly polite. 10 out of 10 for his hard work and professionalism.

  This location and team are great. Jordan goes out of his way to ensure the customer is taken care of. The team is quick and is always there to help. I keep comming back becuase the people are great to work with. Now only if they could expand this location.

  Worst experience possible. Made reservation and no truck available. Spent $50 to uber here for no reason. The guy at the counter wasn’t helpful at all and it smells like diapers in there

  Overall the service was excellent! I was impressed on quickly the manager found a rental without a reservation on a extremely busy day.

  I made my reservation weeks in advance and even called the day before to confirm everything. Despite that, I arrived and waited nearly two hours for a vehicle. I understand that delays happen, but at that point, what is the purpose of making a reservation and confirming it ahead of time if a vehicle still isn’t going to be ready? To make matters worse, they were understaffed on a Friday, which makes absolutely no sense. I had taken time away from work specifically to pick up the vehicle, expecting the reservation I made weeks ago and confirmed the day before to actually mean something. The entire system seems broken. If you know how many reservations you have scheduled for a Friday, there should be enough staff and vehicles available to handle those reservations. Customers shouldn’t be expected to schedule ahead, show up on time, and then sit around for nearly two hours because the location wasn’t prepared. This was a complete waste of my time and easily one of the worst rental car experiences I’ve had. I will not use Enterprise again.
