  The rental process was seamless; however, I used a credit card. It's my understanding that using a debit card may come with some hurdles so be aware. Drop off was easy as well

  I rented a car in East San Antonio as I drove towards my destination I felt very unsafe in the vehicle. I stopped in this San Marcos, Tx location and Mr. Daniel Goudin took care of the situation immediately. Excellent customer service!!!!!

  Never get the preferred car. They just want you give a car, in whatever condition. Not properly cleaned. Most of the time get tire pressure issues. Even after complaining several times about a car currently i am driving, they did not change it or take care of the matter. I had to change my rating from 2 to 1 after the devastating service.

  This place absolute worst. I reserved my car 2 days ahead, and all they said was I need to pay at pick up and show ID. I get there and they say that 1. They need proof of a pay stub AND employer. 2. Along with that they need proof of paid electric, or water. APPARENTLY my lease and proof of payment for my rent they can’t take. I only had one since I just moved to the area, and I asked where to send it to them. THEY SAID THEY JUST NEED TO SEE IT WITH THEIR EYES. THEY DONT EVEN NEED TO OUT IT IN THEIR SYSTEM ON FILE THEY JUST NEED TO “see” IT. Just insanely annoying because no where did it tell me when I initially made the reservation that I needed this information. Btw I needed this car to travel for an important School assignment and now I’m late and have pay an arm and a leg from uber to get to my location. Worst experience ever, will never go to this place again, HERTZ was so much easier. DO NOT RENT HERE. When I came other people also ended up leaving because they didn’t have this information and had no clue they needed it to pick up their vehicle. If I could negative stars I would.

  The staff was very professional, but I did not receive the vehicle I reserved. My reservation was for a Toyota Tacoma SR5 Double Cab, and a different vehicle was substituted at pickup without advance notice or an explanation of alternatives. As it stands, this experience makes me less likely to rent from Enterprise again, and less likely to purchase my next vehicle through Enterprise Car Sales. If a reservation for a specific model cannot be relied on, I have no reason to expect reliability on a much larger transaction.
