  I needed my Ford excursion towed home. This was the best service I could have asked for. Really no wait time about 30 minutes. And I was walked through every step of the way.

  Job got done, not efficiently. Tow driver didnt listen to follow me and he took a long time to get to the drop-off spot. I called him to ask where he was and he cut me off saying he was on the way and hung up. Then I saw him pass me up right after the call. He was rude and constantly talking on the phone. Car arrived fine.

  If I could give them no stars I would. TOM was very rude and disrespectful. He said he was trying to be helpful but he just handed the keys n took off without saying a word n when I called him cause I was not home he said that he went out of his way to do this Job an it was a waste of time and that he was doing my job. How? I don’t tow cars for a living. Mind you I had paid $165 for this service. I got reassigned to someone else from what they said and yet once again it was TOM who answered the call!! After he said he had 12 tows for the day n I wasted his time. Why take mine again if you were so busy. When I answered the phone and told him you accepted the job after being rude and disrespectful to me over the phone and his response was “ oh it’s you again!!” I said yes he said well I am not gonna go and pick up your car I don’t have time for you. Like I was the problem. I said good have a nice day I hope you waste all your gas n don’t get paid. I am so glad they removed him from the providers listing. People like that rude and unprofessional do not deserve to be given any work.

  The driver was very nice, quick and efficient. The company was very transparent about their pricing and was pretty affordable. Not only that, I had them tow my car into my apartment complex so my husband could fix it later, and they were happy to park my car exactly where I wanted it. Very accommodating.

  True 5 star experience - great communication, arrived as scheduled, and got my truck to the shop as planned. Thank you so much ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your towing needs.
