Horrible parking garage. Find somewhere else to park. The signs will say there is parking available but there isn't any so you'll waste an hour looking for a spot thats not available even though the signs entering says there are multiple available. The you'll be charged for using the garage even though you never parked. And when you call to try and get out, a rude lady will answer and say you have to pay to leave then hangs up the phone immediately. Definitely flase advertisement and rude owners.

Spent 45mins-1 hour driving from all the levels trying to find parking by the time I finally gave up I decided to leave. When leaving the parking attendant was great he actually did try to help me. It was $2 to leave and I explained to him I never got to park I was just wasting gas and trying to get out. He then called the operator on said machine and she told me “ you don’t pay you don’t leave” and hung up the call. I paid just so I could get out but I can’t imagine this is the only parking situation when people are visiting the hospital and in a vulnerable state. I did also call the hospital and they said they would report this to the parking attendant (the one who helped me) and I knew it was a loop to no help. I get it $2 but seriously crazy and such a money grab for people visiting. It was easier to just go park at the local Starbucks and wait for my neighbor than the parking they have at this hospital

I spent over 3 months traveling over 30-40 minutes to University Healthcare Hospital plus another 30 to an hour to find a parking spot. Its not very convenient when so many people are doing the same not enough parking space and then some people take up 2 spaces or don't leave you space to park properly. Plus not enough Handicap parking is very limited 😑
