I’m so mad I didn’t the names of the 2 gentlemen who helped me in the late afternoon on Saturday, Sept 19. One was an older gentlemen with a white beard and the other was a younger but very knowledgeable gentlemen with glasses. This was my first time at this company and they made a mom with a toddler in the car feel reassured. It had been some time since my last change (my bad) and they found sludge in my oil compartment. Given this extreme circumstance, they kept their cool and made to explain and show me everything. I didn’t feel judged or looked down at because I was woman (and what I was expecting, if I’m being honest). They weren’t pushy on selling me things but just made sure I knew what I had to do currently and next. The young gentlemen noticed my check engine light on (again my bad) and he kindly referred me to nearby auto shops who could help me figure it out. They even topped off my windshield wiper fluid which I was desperately needing as well! All in all, it was a very fast and enjoyable experience. I definitely will be back and will tell all of my lady friends as well! Thank you!

Feeling very unhappy about my visit today. I requested oil change with full synthetic oil and was offered 3 options. But they did not tell me that not all of the options were synthetic until AFTER they had changed my oil. So I ended up with a synthetic blend, which was not what I requested. Second, no-one told me that there is currently a $15 off coupon that I could have used today - thank you very little. The price for my oil change with synthetic blend oil was $99, so the coupon would have been nice. Third, they gave me a sticker for my car that had a totally wrong number of miles and it said that I need to return in only 3 months, which makes no sense. Overall, this was not a good experience. Even though the technicians were friendly, I felt like I did not get what I asked for and I paid too much.

Came to my normal location for a full service oil change a little too early than the due date, and this crew was so honest and friendly as usual. This is just how they operate. I’ll be back when it’s due. Thank you.
