However, yesterday 9/1 26, I decided to take my car for an oil change, and I will say that I was truly impressed by the new crew that was on duty . Nathaniel introduced himself, he was respectful, and even introduced some of the crew members. Abraham was also very professional and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, during the filter change, my filter casing broke. They took full responsibility and completed an incident report. Nathaniel was apologetic and guaranteed that they would replace it. There was miscommunication; however, when I stopped by to get an update, Aiden quickly took care of my situation and the replacement part was there. I really appreciate their service and they were extremely cordial and apologetic. I was never upset and understood that these things can happen and truly appreciate their honesty. They will continue to have a loyal customer. Thank you Nathaniel and Aiden!
