  Austin took care of me A+! The only Valvoline open later on a Sunday so everyone was coming in but we talked, thanks for the Service Austin I will come back and see him again!

  Went in for an oil change and they didn't have my oil filter in stock. They went to another auto shop to buy one to fix me up. Very nice of them!!

  Don't go anywhere else to get your oil change! My oil change was so quick; the guys showed me my air filter and I said "YES! CHANGE THAT FUGLY THING!" The tech showed me the filter before install, and the dipstick after oil, tasted fine to me, i said ok great thank you man. I passed up two new valvolines because this one had the right vibe. But in all seriousness I felt confident that the job was getting done right, the mood there was nice everyone seemed happy to be working as a team. Very knowledgeable as well.

  My husband has been taking our cars to this location in Culebra for years. We live by SeaWorld and there's new location opened on Portranco but I continue to go to Culebra location as experience there is ALWAYS pleasant and staff is very professional. Even after my husband's passing last year, I wouldn't change. I enjoyed that they're quick to service you and all staff comes across honest and sincere about what they do and getting the great experience every time is rare and I appreciate all that they do.
