  Diego and his crew took care of my car w exceptional speed n work quality. He was very thorough on needed services and knew about my cars model as well. Definitely heading back for more service 🙌

  John was thoroughly efficient, timely, courteous, and professional. I love Valvoline because they told me about my cabin air filter. I’ve been driving for 40 years and don’t recall anyone mentioning it. If you don’t know what it is, yours needs changing. You better go to Valvoline 😃

  Worst experience today vs all the times I have brought my vehicles in to get oil changes and work done here. Full synthetic today was over $110 bucks vs the previous times where it was about 58 to 78 bucks when I brought my other vehicles in to get oil changes. No cameras anymore either, was told by a tech they never had them(false, they did and still do at other locations). Calling yesterday to get pricing or an estimate more or less was told about 80 bucks then jumps to 110. They also got oil and sludge on my new cars hood and paint. Was told they were short handed but I counted 7 people on site. After all that was done and mention they gave me the wrong sticker and paperwork twice. No communication, no trust, and not a place where ill take my cars there anymore. Do better so you don't lose more customers. No manager was on duty to try and resolve so I asked for a district Mgr or owner but was told "I don't know". Smh

  The team at Valvoline was great! Everyone works together and you can tell they are all passionate about what they do. They also communicate very well while they are working and put the customer first. Thank you for a great experience.
