  Full synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. Generally have coupons in their app or I saved $25 by using a Groupon (which is a promotion they regularly participate in).

  Man you talk about service! I was concerned about my AC because I heard a noise and recall last time I needed a cabin air filter they were the place to get it done, especially for a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. It is not that easy to change a cabin air filter in these cars. This store manager was a great help and to see him work in an efficient manner and down to earth was something to appreciate. This has been my shop to go to for all my cars for preventive maintenance.

  Quick professional oil change. Their accurate record keeping on previous visits was very helpful in discussing what additional service might be required. I had the cabin air filter and driver’s side backup light bulb replaced. It was great that the appropriate parts were in stock. And finally the team took the time to reset my car’s maintenance notification system.

  Excellent service. Went for an oil change and it took about thirty minutes in all, short wait, and very professional attendants. As always, the offers of additional services is a given, because the stores are looking for additional revenue, but the offers don't exactly coincide with what your car actually needs. For example a tire rotation when we had one done about a month before. Overall, went for an oil change and got one, done efficiently and professionally.

  2 guys serviced my vehicle. Hispanic guy was giving me a bad look from the beginning...he was the main person handling the job. I gave him a Groupon coupon from the app. which I paid for already. He referred to it as only a coupon and that I would have to pay the remainder up to the full price...wrong! The amount I paid was for taxes and the extra quart of oil, which he did explain later. I asked him how long the oil change should last for and he said 5,000 miles or 5 months. This was for a Cadillac XT5 and so I really doubt it. I mentioned that the full synthetic should last longer than that and he said he didn't think so. At the end he didn't mention what they did...I had to ask him about it. He said they topped off the fluids but I didn't see them do that. When I mentioned it he said, not if it wasn't needed. He has a very ugly expression on his face and so should not be in a job where he has to deal with the public. It seems like there was no Manager there at the time I was there...only those 2 people. Not sure if I would return because I don't like being lied to.
