  Just got my oil changed there. They put the wrong oil in my truck. What ever no big deal, drain it put the correct oil in. I was told they only had 6/8 quarts needed so someone was going to have the run the other two over from another shop and it would be 20 minutes. Frustrating but ok. 45 minutes later still no oil. Now I'm getting unhappy. I was told oh the guy just got it and he's 20 minutes out! Are you kidding me?? So I asked since there are 6/8 quarts in there can I come back after work tomorrow and get the other 2? Well actually we only had 2/8 so you need 6 more. Your truck doesn't have enough oil to run safely so I can't let you leave. But we can do 50% off your next oil change! Not going back.

  10/10 Andres (hope I spelled it right) was amazing and super helpful. We've been to many Valvolines in Illinois but never one in Texas. It's so nice to not have to leave our vehicle! We just sat, paid, it really was super smooth. Thank you Andres and the amazing staff here for getting us all oil changed up for the road ❤ He also steered us in the right direction to go and have our brakes looked at. I appreciate this location and we will be back here for our next change! Again, thank you!

  Their AI phone system is terrible. It is almost impossible to reach an actual person at the store, and the entire process feels designed to make customers give up. Corporate America keeps pushing phone trees and AI as “customer service,” but in reality it just creates more frustration, worse communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Technology should make service better, not block customers from getting basic help. I’m sure this review will get the usual canned response telling me to call a number or email some generic inbox that goes nowhere. That is exactly the problem. I’ll take my business somewhere that still understands real customer service.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline thanks to Dane and Greg. Both were professional, friendly, and made the entire oil change process quick and easy. Dane especially went above and beyond to make my visit a positive one. He took the time to explain what services and maintenance items my vehicle needed without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured. His friendly attitude and honest communication were greatly appreciated. It's not often you find customer service like that anymore. Thank you, Dane and Greg, for providing excellent service—I’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes!

  I've always taken my truck to the dealership for oil changes and routine maintenance, but after this experience, I'll be coming back to Valvoline for all of my basic maintenance needs. The entire process was fast, professional, and incredibly well organized. Unlike the dealership, where you're often waiting for hours and wondering what's going on, the team at Valvoline has a clear system and process. You stay in your vehicle the entire time and can actually watch the work being performed, which gives you a lot of confidence that everything is being done correctly. What impressed me most was the communication. Even though I was sitting right there in my truck, the team kept me informed throughout the entire service. For example, when the technician underneath the truck removed the skid plate, Greg explained exactly why it was necessary to access the oil filter. Little things like that made a big difference. Greg, who led the team during my service, was outstanding. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about providing a great customer experience. The entire crew worked together efficiently and professionally. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Fast, transparent, professional service with great communication. Highly recommended.
