  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eddie and Dane did a great job! They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. There was absolutely no pressure or unnecessary upselling—they took the time to explain everything, walked me through their recommendations, and answered my questions. The service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how courteous and knowledgeable they both were. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back!

  They provide a excellent service for my oil change and a tire rotation, especially Mark help me out to understand what is going on of my car and let me know what I need to repair or need to be checked for next time. so kind, professional and honest.

  Adam and Eric helped me when I went in in the morning it was very fast and convenient. They didn't try and upsell me on things well they offered things preventative things but there was no pressure. I will be back just because of the customer service I got from these guys. Fastest & best oil change in town.

  The gentleman was very helpful, my husband is deployed and normally handles all of the vehicle maintenance for our house and I’m not able to talk with him presently, so I had several questions. I’ve been having to drive to Albuquerque often to care for family and had questions about what kind of wear I was putting on my vehicle and if I needed to do anything extra. He patiently answered all of my questions, including explanations. My service was done well and was honest- no unnecessary upselling. My cabin air filter needed changing, my engine filter did not- I wouldn’t know the difference so he could have said I needed to replace both. He was very polite and pleasant, as were the other technicians. I was relieved, I’m a novice with these things and had a precious bad experience at a Jiffy Lube that said I needed $900 worth of work and my husband had just recently had an extensive tune-up done not long prior. I was very pleased with the Stone Oak Valvoline and felt my vehicle was well taken care of, by honest helpful people. That’s always invaluable, but it’s especially helpful when your husband has to come and go for work. Vehicle maintenance needs to be done regardless. I immediately told my parents and a couple friends about my helpful experience and told them they should absolutely get their next oil changes there.

  My entire family has trusted this Valvoline location for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I brought my BMW X6 in for a routine oil change and left in a tow truck. What should have been a simple service turned into an expensive and stressful ordeal. I waited well over an hour before anyone finally told me there was a problem. I was informed after that the drain plug was extremely tight and that there was an issue with my oil pan. At no point before continuing the work did anyone explain the risks or ask for my authorization. What concerns me the most is what I was told afterward. The staff said it took over a minute and a half just to remove the drain plug. Anyone who has had an oil change knows that removing a drain plug normally takes only a few seconds. If your technicians knew they were dealing with a drain plug that was unusually difficult to remove, why did they continue without informing me first? My current mechanic told me that when a drain plug is seized or unusually tight, many shops stop, explain the risks, and ask the customer whether they want to proceed because there is a real risk of damaging the oil pan or its threads. I was never given that opportunity. Instead of taking responsibility, the senior manager, Nathaniel, repeatedly insisted that the previous shop was “100% responsible.” My current mechanic believes the damage occurred during the oil change. As the customer, I’m left in the middle while two businesses point fingers at each other. Nathaniel also commented that my BMW had been sold several times before. That came across as an attempt to discredit my vehicle instead of focusing on the issue at hand. Whether my BMW has had one owner or several has nothing to do with how I should be treated as a customer. As a single parent, this has been an incredibly stressful experience. I came in for a routine oil change and left with my vehicle on a tow truck and the possibility of thousands of dollars in repairs. Based on my experience, I believe this location operates in a way that feels shady. I lost confidence in their honesty, transparency, and professionalism. I will never return to this Valvoline location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. If this is how they handle a routine oil change when something goes wrong, customers should think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.
