  Staff was friendly and happy. Everyone was working very well together. Almost choreographed. Was informed of future services that needed to be done. I had my special needs son with me and he wasn't overwhelmed by the experience which says a lot.

  Excellent great customer service that is friendly professional and thorough to make sure everything is done correctly. And to standard and look out for the customer by going of and beyond for top notch service on your car. I highly recommend this place of business as they make you feel like a valued customer.

  5 stars! All the guys were so friendly and cheerful, and the service was quick and easy. Being able to stay in your car the whole time is such a game changer compared to the old way.

  I went to Valvoline for an oil change and ended up being double charged for the same service. Their system was down, so they manually collected my credit card information. About 15 minutes later, they said the system was back up and charged my card again properly. Three weeks later, another charge for the exact same amount appeared on my account. When I called, I was told it was an “error” because they manually re-ran charges and accidentally charged mine. I was then promised a refund within two business days through “Quick Pay.” It has now been over a week of constant follow-up, excuses, and misinformation. They even told me to contact Chase Bank to verify the payment, and Chase confirmed that nothing was ever initiated on their end. Customers should not have to beg for their own money back after an unauthorized withdrawal. If I had stayed quiet, would they have simply kept my money? This is unacceptable customer service and very disappointing. I expect accountability and an immediate resolution.
