  Daya is incredibly rude. This isn’t my first time here and I have left positive comments in the past. But not for Daya. Learn some customer service skills or maybe try a different career.

  Great experience today at Valvoline instant oil change. They were professional and informative with maintenance recommendations. The oil change was fast and I highly recommend giving them a shot.

  Everyone was very professional and helpful. Most importantly they were honest and transparent. They didn’t try to upsell me on air filters or additional unnecessary services.

  The service at the Alamo Ranch location is excellent! Diego and all the service technicians were professional and informed me of every action they were doing to my car. They made recommendations and I never felt I was being pressured. Diego went above and beyond handling my transaction and making sure I got the best savings and ensuring everything was done correctly with my vehicle. While waiting for the service on my car to be complete, I witnessed Diego just being very tactful with managing his crew with such professionalism. I was highly impressed and Diego deserves a raise and a promotion! You have an excellent team member in Diego. I left feeling that my car was well taken care of and in a great mood for the service I received. Thank you!
