Service was great! David was so professional and personal. Reviewed options of maintenance with me with no pressure. Oil change staff was efficient and courteous. This was my first time at this Valvoline location. It will NOT be my last!
Elijah was extremely helpful with my oil change, filter changes, and getting new windshield wipers! He was very kind, helpful, and informative. He answered all my questions and got me everything I needed for a great price! As a woman sometimes it’s tricky getting car maintenance done… I’ve been cheated and lied to by other mechanics, forced to spend way more money than what’s reasonable. But here at valvoline I always feel like I am treated equally to everyone else, and I always feel like I am getting the best possible deals and prices! I’ve tried many places to get oil changes/basic car maintenance, and valvoline is 100% the absolute best place to go to for maintenance. The quality here is unbeatable.

Everyone was super nice, professional, friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about the products and maintenance. Really liked how they offered and explained services and products without being pushy about it, knowing the prices and services now I feel like I’ll return for more than just oil changes, thank you again guys.

The actual service I came in for was not completed. When I called the day before, I was told that a radiator flush was a service that was provided for $130. However, a different service than the one I wanted was done. When I arrived, I asked for a Radiator Flush, but the actual service that was completed was a simple Radiator fluid replacement, “Drain & Fill”. I was still expected to pay the full price of $130 for a service I did not ask for. After speaking with the manager, he ultimately gave me a 15% discount for the inconvenience.
I visited the week of June 15-21, 2026. I requested only one service to be completed and as soon as the mechanic was finished with the service, another mechanic turned the computer monitor towards me and told me they were finished. He tried to con me into paying for $200 more worth of additional services that I did not ask for and neither did he (Elijah) ask me if I wanted any additional services. He quickly turned the screen towards me with a higher price after he clicked on services I did not opt-in for. He deceptively said, “Alright, this is what we had for you and what we did for you today. Do you have any questions?” I quickly glanced at the monitor and then looked away. I said “no I don’t have any questions…” not expecting there to have been any additional services added on to my bill. I looked back at the monitor again and noticed there was a Tire Rotation service for $29.99 and I said “Wait, Tire Rotation? Why is that up there?” Only then did he explain after I asked why was it “up there.” I declined and he said okay and moved on to an additional service that was a $164 add-on and I was very irritated and offended because I almost agreed to those things before I even completely looked at the monitor and before he even mentioned the new services. And again, he didn’t even ask me before hand if I was interested in those. I feel his sales tactic was cheap and full of crap because there wasn’t any transparency. After I said “no” to the second add-on, he said, “I know you don’t want me telling you but I have to tell you this because if I don’t, it’ll come back on me…” after I told him I wasn’t interested. He said, “But wait, you need to listen. I know you don’t want me telling you…” WHAT?! How is that possible when if it was what I required to begin with, he would have informed me upfront! I absolutely despise greedy coveting sales people. Just be honest before the service starts- when I initially arrive. You waiting to “convince” me that I need additional work at the very end of a completed service is very sleezy. Folks, watch out for this place and make sure there are not any add-ons upon check out. Make sure that what you’re quoted in the beginning and reassured of is what you’re getting. I thought I appreciated his help when I first went in but the final encounter changed my mind.
