  Marty was very professional from the start—he introduced himself, took care of everything I needed, and made the whole experience easy. He also offered recommended services without any pressure, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he went the extra mile by giving me helpful suggestions for services they don’t even provide at the shop. That really shows he cares about his customers. I’ve been coming to this shop since I moved to the state, and this was by far my best visit yet. Thank you, Marty and staff!

  I come to this valvoline every oil change and have for years. They always take care of me and my vehicle. This time I came in because it was clear my battery was nearing the end of its life. The assistant manager helped me. I know I can trust the crew at the bitters location because they always show me this is the ideal measure and this is where your vehicle is measuring. That way I know they are not trying to upsell me. They are simply trying to make sure I have what I need to keep my vehicle safe! Thank you to The Whole crew at the bitters location!

  I only go to one Valvoline and one Valvoline only and it is 292 W Bitters Rd. I have taken all my vehicles for my family and myself to this location because they provide top notch excellent customer experience. The team is always nurturing and cares deeply for the customer to explain positive and negatives of outcomes regarding current status or must needed maintenance. A very special acknowledgment to Manager Eddie; he can and should be promoted to either run more shops overall or train up and coming management because his leadership and confidence shined tremendously yesterday during my visit. He explained what steps I need to take next to secure even more maintenance for my truck and he didn’t even have to do that. But he cares so I respect it very much. Thank you very much Eddie and The Valvoline Bitters Crew! You folks are the best! ☺️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came in for a routine oil change and had an excellent experience thanks to Aldair. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. While servicing my vehicle, he noticed that my coolant was low, something I had no idea about. I really appreciated his attention to detail and honesty. Even better, they were able to top off the coolant right then and there, giving me peace of mind and saving me from having to make another trip. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free. It’s clear that Aldair genuinely cares about his customers and wants to help keep their vehicles running safely. He went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him and the Valvoline team!
