  I have been using Valvoline Instant Oil Change for over 10 years and have always had a pleasant experience. I use them not only for oil changes, but also for radiator fluid changes, new batteries, and any other service they provide because I know it will be done effectively and cost-effectively.

  Took my new to me car to finally get serviced and got the most exceptional service from Collin! I been coming here for years and always have such an incredible experience every time. These guys are knowledgeable and absolutely the friendliest crew in San Antonio! Thanks guys, yall the reason my family chooses this location only.

  i came back to this location for the exceptional service i received on my last visit in june. today was NOT THE SAME. i was questioning my bill because it wasn’t the same as my last visit with a coupon. i asked Collin the price and if my last receipt was viewable. i told him the price i paid last visit he said i doubt that.i wish i had my receipt to show him. i’ve never had replaced the sticker on my car. the receipt was placed on my dash and my oil reset button wasn’t even changed there. he didn’t provide any of the details of why we choose vavloine instant oil. i will consider other locations for their lack of customer service.

  Collin was wonderful. There was one other guy downstairs, but ever since leaving, I still believe you all should have more people there. Collin took care of things, but he shouldn't be by himself. I also got out later than expected mainly because he was pretty much by himself. There were more customers in there, not just me. I don't know the other guy's name but there should have been more employees than those two

  The situation wasn’t ideal, but the way the Valvoline team handled it was outstanding. They were unable to perform my oil change because of a mechanical issue that prevented them from having the oil my car needed, but their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Romeo provided excellent customer service and kept me informed throughout the process. Collins went above and beyond by driving to another location to pick up the oil my vehicle required, and Assistant Manager Joe worked behind the scenes to make sure I was comfortable while everything was being taken care of. I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for years, and they have always taken great care of both of my vehicles. Their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to their customers are the reasons I keep coming back. I don’t even live nearby, but I gladly make the drive because I know I’ll be treated right every time. I truly appreciate everything this team does, and I think they deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service.
