Then after telling it 3Xs I want to speak to a human being it transfers me to a call center line not someone at the store!! This is valvolines idea of customer service??? Well. Its my idea of getting yourself a bad review and a lose of business!!!

Jake greeted me right away with a big smile and walked me through the entire process, answering all my questions about the different oil options without any pressure. He’s clearly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting it right for your vehicle. Samir was the one who actually handled the service—he was super quick, thorough, and even took the time to show me the old filter and explain what the condition of my oil meant for my engine. I appreciated how clean and professional everything was, and they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. The price was fair, the waiting area was comfortable, and I left feeling confident that my truck is well-maintained. If you’re in the San Antonio area and need an oil change, I highly recommend this shop—Jake and Samir made it a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!
