  Easiest car service! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, including oil change and two other maintenance items they alerted me to. They were courteous and pleasant and worked very well as a team to get me and other customers served proficiently. Favorite Valvoline spot!

  I’ve always had a great experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change on NW Military Hwy and today was another example of why I keep coming back. I brought in my wife’s 2011 Lexus IS convertible after the low oil pressure light came on. Aldair helped me and checked the vehicle’s history, confirming that they had changed the oil just a little over 3,000 miles ago. Rather than trying to sell me another full oil change that I really didn’t need yet, he suggested they check the oil level first. Sure enough, the car was about a quart and a half low. It’s an older vehicle, and they had mentioned during our previous visit that it may be burning some oil. Aldair and his associate topped it off, checked the other fluids, and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciated Aldair’s honesty and professionalism. He could easily have recommended another full oil change, but instead he took the time to figure out what the car actually needed. Friendly, quick, no pressure, and great service with a smile. This NW Military location has consistently treated us well, and Aldair was excellent. Definitely a 5-star experience.

  Went in for an oil change and had exceptional customer service from the guys here. Truly professional and very knowledgeable. Shoutout to Aldair, David and Jesus for taking care of us and getting us out quickly.

  These gentlemen (Rudy, Josiah, and Jesus) were integral and genuinely kind in their service. They did an oil change for me and had me set to go in about 15 minutes or so. I appreciate most when people are genuine and do not try to get over on you. Thank you for a job well done!

  As always this location is fast and professional with their services. They also let me know there was an issue with my battery, and I was able to confirm it through my dealership. I appreciate them letting me know, and telling me to look into a warranty as my vehicle is newer and should not be having that issue. Thank you!
