  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with the experience here. The service was quick, professional, and the staff were genuinely friendly. You can tell they actually care about taking care of their customers and doing a good job rather than just getting people in and out. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and I left feeling like I got exactly what I came for. Definitely a place I’d recommend to friends and family, and I’ll be back!

  I had a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash! The wash was excellent—my car looked clean, shiny, and refreshed when I left. But what really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s not often you get great service and a great wash, but Tommy’s delivered both! I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Tommy’s Car Wash to anyone looking for a quality wash and exceptional customer service!

  I’ve had an amazing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! The facility is always clean, the wash is quick and does a great job, and the staff is always welcoming and professional. Every time I come in, the employees make sure I have a great experience. I especially want to recognize Adrien. He is an outstanding employee who is always friendly, hardworking, and professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of and always has a positive attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Overall, Tommy’s Express is a great car wash with an excellent team. I definitely recommend coming here, and if you see Adrien, you’re in good hands!

  I was unfairly charged for a membership that I never used. I attempted to signed up for the membership at the original opening but didnt because they did not mention it was for individual cars and not all 3 of my cars and never returned for several months. When I went back in July to get a single car wash, I was informed to my surprise that I had an active membership. I had never used the membership and notice they had charged me monthly $40 since they opened, they had continued withdrawing money from my account every month. I requested a refund for the months I was charged. they can see that I had never used the service, but my request was denied at the Potranco location. Instead, they offered me a few months of free membership, which I did not want. I also attempted to contact their corporate office multiple times by email and phone to resolve the issue, but I have not received a single response. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and believe I should be refunded for the charges ($160) associated with a membership I never used.

  BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS,THE OWNERS/MANAGERS ARE NOT A HONEST PERSONS DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS TOMMYS CARWASH I recently wash my car at tommys on potranco and talley rd and their machine rip my bumper on the middle of my wash and Now their making excuses to not take responsibility for the damages on my vehicle that were caused by their machine . Now I have to spend thousands of dollars to fix the damages they caused, do not do business with these people. I wouldn't leave a review if it wasn't true. Customers deserve to receive enough information to make ther own decisions, and I would not want anyone else to experience the frustration I am experiencing.
