  I love the downtown New Orleans location and the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the Manager is very knowledgeable and helpful and nice every time I need the service

  Leaving one star only because the employee was very rude . no customer service skills . Was not able to get my rental but wasn’t too upset about that as it happens . but what was upsetting was his stank attitude. when working customer service you treat people with respect and empathy . tall skinny guy at the front please take notes and be more respectful next time especially when the customer is being respectful to you .Shouldn’t have to be taught what they teach in kindergarten .Thank you .

  I was staying at the Hyatt Regency and rented a car from the Sixt counter. The representatives were extremely competent and friendly and efficient! They got me in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you!

  Do NOT rent from SIXT !!! I paid in FULL $434 for a car to be picked up from San Antonio airport for 4 days ( which is where we have gotten our rentals from before) but when I got there they stated they could not provide me the car because I didn’t have a flight ticket booked , I told them I wasn’t flying only driving and they said their location wouldn’t allow me to get the car I ALREADY PAID FOR , because I didn’t have a flight nor could they change my reservation to another location or date or give me any type of refund and when I called trying to talk to a manager the workers said “the managers don’t talk to the public” crazy! They don’t talk to them cause there out here scamming them! FULL LOSS , SUCH A SCAM . Will NOT rent from SIXT AGAIN !!!!
