  From the moment I arrived until I returned the vehicle, Mr. Austin provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, informative, and helpful every step of the way. I've rented vehicles in California before, and there were times I returned them about a gallon short without being charged extra, since it's understandable that you'll use some fuel getting to the return location. Even with that difference, the overall customer service here was far better than any experience I've had in California. I was very pleased with the entire process and will definitely rent here again.

  Sixt downtown is the ONLY location I will ever rent from ! Austin at the front counter is AMAZING he always takes such good care of me, and I see how hard he works. everytime I come in its him at the counter !! I would say this man is a great face for the company always has great energy and moves with a quickness to get me in and out in a timely manner. The cars are always clean and ready for me to hop in and go. I am local and would recommend everyone gives them a try

  Rented a vehicle. Showed up to pick it up and was told they had no vehicles. Terrible experience. Do not use this company. Complete waste of time.

  SCAM. Insurance covered my rental. The rental I was given BROKE DOWN. I was abandoned without a car. I was NOT given a replacement. My reviews are met by a cheap A.I. response which has done nothing to remedy the fact that my insurance is paying for a car that Enterprise refuses to replace. Just to prove how ingenious Enterprise is, please notice how they respond to this review. I bet it will be; "Response from the owner Thank you for your review, David. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us, and we would like to speak with you further about this. Please visit..." and yet, I'm still without a car that I paid for. GO ELSEWHERE!
