  I wanted to give a review about my experience with Julian and his colleague ( a lady, I regrettably did not catch her name). It was on Friday 26th June. There was some mix up with my card, my provider changed the type from Mastercard to Visa. There were some other issues as well but Julian and his colleague were so kind to me. They helped me to secure the best package and make sure I didn’t pay too much. They were patient whilst I tried to sort out my end of the problems and helped me through the whole process. I highly recommend Sixt for your car hire. They are competitive in price but excel in customer service.

  Good price at the beginning, but they will create extra charges. You have to go to the front desk to speak to a representative rather than picking up your car after reserving it. Be careful before signing, because they will add on items that might never have been requested.

  My family and I experienced blatant discrimination from an employee named Kenny at the San Antonio Airport pickup booth on Saturday June 20, 2026. When we presented a valid Mexican driver’s license for our prepaid rental, Kenny took it and said, "Oh, Mexican, I will need to verify this," he rejected it. I asked to use an alternate license or switch the main driver, and he said no again Sixt Phone Customer Service confirmed this is standard policy, and other local Sixt employees even stepped in and tried to process our rental. However, Kenny went out of his way to overrule his own colleagues. He even refused to let us make a new reservation under someone else (with a valid Texas license even), stated "I am not taking anyone from your group," smiled, and physically gestured for us to leave sixt. Denying a paid service and banning an entire group over the national origin is completely unacceptable. We walked over to another agency (Alamo) who accepted our documents immediately and rented there.

  TO SHANITA: I would like to recognize Shanita for her kindness and excellent customer service at the airport rental car facility. As a pregnant woman, I was having a hard time handling my luggage. Before I arrived at the rental car area, I was praying that someone would help me because I was struggling. Shanita was the answer to that prayer. Even though helping with luggage was not part of her job, she saw that I needed help and stepped in right away. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for me. Shanita went above and beyond her job duties, and I truly appreciated her support. She is a wonderful employee and a great example of outstanding customer service. I am very grateful for her help and hope she receives the recognition she deserves.   SIXT has been my preferred car rental company long before my recent car accident. Even though I pay the additional airport fees to rent from their airport location, I continue to choose SIXT because the quality of their vehicles and customer service is simply worth it. The cars are consistently clean, well-maintained, and in pristine condition. The experience feels more premium than other rental companies, and that level of quality keeps me coming back. During a difficult period following my car accident, I had to extend my rental multiple times. The staff was always friendly, accommodating, and willing to help. Whenever I had questions regarding billing or charges, they took the time to address my concerns professionally and respectfully. I would especially like to recognize Elyssa Huerta for her outstanding customer service. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Her dedication to helping customers is truly appreciated. One thing I wish is that SIXT had additional neighborhood locations beyond the airport. I believe many loyal customers like myself would gladly use their services more often if they were available outside the airport setting. Their premium vehicles and exceptional customer service would undoubtedly attract even more business. Thank you to Elyssa and the entire SIXT team for consistently providing an outstanding rental experience. I highly recommend SIXT to anyone looking for quality vehicles and first-class customer service.
