I went in on Thursday to go see what kind of options I had if I traded in my car this is when I met Justin we sat down I told him my wants and needs in a new car how I would love for a new car but would be open for anything told him mine and my husbands ideal budget and he said don’t worry I have you guys made the appointment to come in Saturday with my husband we got to our appointment early and Justin was already outside and had a smile on his face ready to get to Business he went and showed my husband two cars that he thought we would love was even patient with us due to having our two year old with us after test drive the two cars we started running number some where in the process of all this my husband must have said he also wouldn’t mind a new truck joking around well next thing we know we get told we got the car we wanted and than Justin wanted to show us one more thing first he pulls the truck that my husband wanted said we can make a deal raise in both our cars and the both of us walking out with 2026’s. After some time Justin came back with another smile and said we have a deal worked out and you both are gonna be happy after being there all day we walked out with not only my new car but my husband new truck as well Justin set out on a goal and never once disappointed us at all treated as if we been friends or family for years even hung out with us for a while asked about our child how we meet and what lead us to getting new cars heck Justin even made sure that both our new vehicles was detail and full tanks of gas before we left and the best part was they worked with us with zero down I couldn’t ask for a better experience if you gonna buy a car or in the market for a new one go ask for Justin this man can work miracles and you’ll walk out happy never once did Justin lose his smile all day at all so thank you again for dealing with us all day long Justin from the Woodhull family

Cory Boswell was my first contact about a used ‘24 Tundra. He knew right off the truck I was speaking of and all the detailed information I had questions about. Professional, courteous, and really easy to communicate with. We felt his goal was getting us the truck we wanted. Ryan Williams who walked us through all the options the truck had, took us on a test drive and got our Yorkies Starbucks Pup cups for their birthday. Aside from that little extra coolness they provided us and our babies, they both reflected greatly on their dealerships family values but also projected a true personable relation. Adrian our finance specialist pulled some amazing results solidifying our purchase. Great guy who was also a pleasure to meet and work with. Great Team, Great Truck, and one of the best vehicle purchases we’ve done. Thank you for a great experience.

OMG I have been in TX for 8 years but a Toyota owner for 30 and today was the first time I have EVER had such fabulous service in the service department. I have only purchased vehicles in MN (my home state) but every time I have had service in TX it has been an absolute nightmare. I schedule appointments because let’s face it we all have lives and going to a ln oil change shouldn’t be an all day event. However, both the Universal City and the Alamo Toyota have not been anything but horrific. So today I went to Shottenkirk because it was time. I fully prepared myself for another day of hearing oh just one more hour or whatever the excuse is they come up with. BUT BRIANNA, she heard me explain I needed to be at work and she took 100000000000% care of me and not only made sure I made it to work on time but informed me of a recall and got that taken care of. She is AMAZING!!!!! Any of you that still want and expect good customer service you have to come see her. She blew my socks off today!!! Thank you for being AWESOME Brianna

I didn’t really have high expectations when I went into Shottenkirk the first time. It wasn’t anything other than the fact that I find car shopping exhausting. I met a gentleman named Mo Dulaimi. I was debating between a 4Runner and a Land Cruiser, and while I usually make decisions and move on, I just couldn’t figure this one out. Mo was exceptionally patient with me. When I told him I was leaving, he didn’t try and stop me. He would follow up periodically in a very tactful manner and he was very accommodating. If I needed him, he was there. If I asked him to step back, he stepped back. Anyway, a few weeks later, I went back to look at A white platinum 4runner. I didn’t love it and I walked back over the land cruisers. Mo waited patiently. I turned to him and said I’ll take a Limited. He he told me which ones they had, and went and grabbed the one I picked. They ran me through the purchasing process and it was really pretty easy. Everyone there was great and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Very pleased with the process. And if you’re thinking of going there, I cannot speak highly enough about Mo. He made the process very stress free.

Avoid this place: How to lose a valued customer on Friday at 1:30pm, May 1st at Shottenkirk Toyota. I helped several people buy cars from here and I had a good experience in the past. I brought in a young man who made $18 an hour to get a white Toyota Tacoma that he found on the Shott Website (very happy). I texted the online sales lady to make sure it was there since my friend was coming in from Austin. She said it was. I told her we have 10 to 12k to buy the truck and we had a trade in and asked her if we were close and she said yes. However, when we got there the online sales lady said it was just sold (suspicious) but we decided to stay and look at another Tacoma they had. The sales guy she handed us over to brought us a 2015 Tacoma but it was missing paint on the roof, a dent on the roof, a little rust on the engine, a messed up driver door, the truck was unclean and a bunch of extra parts in the back seat, wear and tare, scratches but I thought surely my friend can afford this beat up old truck. Then I asked if this was the cheapest truck on the lot and he said yes. I then asked for the next cheapest truck and they brought me a newer truck 2021 for 21k and it looked very nice but it was outside of a fast food workers budget. Next I had them bring me two Camarys they said was the cheapest they had year 2024 and 2025 and he said 21 and 22k. So we decided on the 2015 truck and when we got inside to purchase the truck we were told it was 19k (way over priced). Enter the manager Andrew … he said we can buy the truck walk out for over 26k and showed us the offer sheet. At this point I was very upset and walked out. How does a beat up old truck go from no sticker price to 19k to 26k? Does tax, title and license cost 7k? No! Probably around $1,500. Does Shott charge $5,500 in misc and hidden fees? Please do call me and explain how that beat up truck cost more than the two camary sport edition vehicles (2024&2025)? Or more than the really nice 2021 Tacoma? $500 for a decent trade in? This used to be a good place but a lot of price gouging going on.
