  Shottenkirk Toyota exceeded my expectations and experience shopping for a vehicle. Alan Fernandez got the vehicle that I found online and went straight to work. No gimmicks, no hassle and no pressure. I was in and out in less than 2hrs which was possible because of Z from the financing department. I’d highly recommend this dealership for any new/used vehicle if you’re in the market for one that they have on their lot. You won’t regret doing so shopping at Shottenkirk Toyota!

  Do not buy a car here Adrian and the technicians do nothing to resolve issues they argue back brought it back for headlights that were installed improperly and argued with us saying it was our fault we changed the bulbs and now they want to look at it but no telling if they are going to fix an issue they caused when servicing my vehicle I'm driving 80 miles to get this issue fixed being told I can't get a loaner to go home and leave my car I have to come back another day putting unnecessary miles and wasting my gas to my car it's unbelievable and not to mention as I was explaining to Adrian my issues with the tech and the car he picked up his phone and answered a phone call ignoring my complaint

  Came from another Toyota dealer due to the last bad service experience over there. I had lost total confidence in Toyota for any future services and would have not considered purchasing any Toyota vehicle because of that last negative experience alone. Luckily, I decided to give another Toyota location an opportunity and was not disappointed after coming to Shottenkirk. They have easily exceeded my expectations. Received an oil change on my first visit and replaced my tires on the second visit. Good vibes, great service, good communication, shorter and more precise wait times, much lower prices, and better overall experience. All Toyota personnel I have encountered there were friendly, professional and helpful. A shout out to Michael Nolte! Hands down one of the main reasons for my overall positive experience and review. Will highly recommend friends, family and colleagues to bring their business to Shottenkirk Toyota SA moving forward. Thank again!

  I understand that there was a lot of back-and-forth between the dealership and the extended warranty company, and I appreciate my service advisor’s efforts throughout the process. However, I wish there had been better communication regarding the status of my vehicle. After waiting almost a week for the repairs, I was disappointed when I left the dealership and immediately noticed a loud squealing noise coming from my truck. This makes me feel that the vehicle was not properly test-driven before being returned to me. As a customer, that raises concerns about whether all of the repairs that were approved and paid for by the extended warranty were actually completed as described. To make matters worse, the delay caused me to miss a very important doctor’s appointment that took months to schedule. Now I have to wait several more months to be seen again. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

  Absolutely outrageous price to install a simple tonneau cover. I understand dealer service is overpriced, but this was absolutely crazy. I guess repeat business is traded for a one time price gouge. For an owner of two Toyotas I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. I can’t imagine the nonsense they pull when buying a new car.
