Wow Guy just provided customer service like I’ve never experienced at a car dealership and I’ve bought a lot of different vehicles. It was quick, to the point and I felt cared for the entire time. I recently purchased a 2025 INEOS Grenadier 1924 Belstaff Limited Edition from Sewell in San Antonio, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had.
Before ever stepping into the dealership, I had spent significant time researching Grenadiers — studying trims, configurations, heritage, engineering philosophy, and what truly separates this vehicle from anything else on the road. I also invested considerable time evaluating financing options to make sure every detail made sense. I came in prepared and informed — and Guy Rubio met that level of preparation with professionalism, knowledge, and patience.
Guy took the time to show me several other Grenadiers I was considering and thoughtfully walked through the differences between them. What really stood out was how he explained the 1924 Belstaff Special Edition. He didn’t treat it like just another trim — he explained the story behind the 1924 designation, the Belstaff heritage connection, the limited-production aspect, and why this edition stands apart. He helped me fully appreciate that this isn’t just a capable off-road vehicle — it’s something truly unique and very likely a future collector’s piece.
