  Leased a car here a couple weeks ago. Our salesperson was Cody Grossman and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. We came in five minutes before closing, and he was still willing to help without even making it obvious that they were basically already closed. We ended up staying a couple hours and he was SO patient. He went through everything so thoroughly despite that it was late. He needs a raise!!!

  The Sewell Body Shop did an outstanding job on my Silverado. The work was above and beyond the standard body shop work. Terrific attention to detail, looks better than new. The people in the body are very professional and easy to work with.

  We just bought a Lyriq V Magna Frost from Sewell, Cadillac in late April. We were impressed with the sale experience with Mr. Marcus Alvarado . Everything went smoothly. We are very satisfied with the car performance too. We are both senior citizens in the midst of this new technology. Mr. Bryan Chappell held our hands thru this experience. A month after we took possession of the Lyriq V , we were brave enough to take the car to Yosemite, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and Canyonland. Twenty days after, we had driven 5, 000 miles through 5 states. During the trip , there was a software update which caused a glitch on the app after the download. OnStar was not available at this time. After 5 days , it straightened itself out. Mr. Bryan Chappell was in communication with us during this time He was very patient and held our hands again . We just came back from the dealership today Bryan checked and taught us more about our car and EV charging. Bryan also introduced us to Mr. Jonathan Elswood from the service department to take care of minor rattle and cosmetic needs of the car . We were treated like VIPs. Throughout our 45 years of married life , we have never before received this kind of treatment from a car dealership . Cadillac Sewell, please recognize your valued professional associates : Mr. Marcus Alvarado, Mr. Bryan Chappell and Mr. Jonathan Elswood. Kudos to these gentlemen .

  My experience was top notch. Most importantly, Bryan Chappell, Tech Specialist, has been great! He really knows the operation of the Cadillacs. Has helped me many times to getting my dashboard to do what I needed! He’s been very helpful!
