  I had nothing but a great experience purchasing my 2023 XT6. My husband purchased an Escalade a week prior and we went in to compare 2 vehicles for myself. They had a great deal on the lot that we didn't want to pass up. Andrea and Adrian were so personable and genuine. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I usually end up hating the process but I didn't feel that way at Sewell. From the way they greet you to driving away in your new vehicle it's positive all around. I look forward to being a return customer in the future.

  Had the best experience leasing a new Optiq from Sewell Cadillac San Antonio. Alejandra Lopez is a real professional, skilled and smart and just so nice! Wonderful all around. Can't recommend Sewell enough -- they treat you right!

  I had been to Sewell GMC in Dallas for a repair and was extremely happy. Now living in San Marcos, I saw the closest Sewell was in San Antonio. I was more than willing to make the hour long drive, and was able to book an appt online for my GMC Yukon Denali which was confirmed for today. Imagine my surprise when I pulled in and was told they wouldn’t work on any vehicle not purchased at Sewell or a Cadillac! That was it - no help - see ya later. What a lost opportunity to make me a customer for life and maybe even sell me a new car. Huge disappointment and a two hour trip for nothing. UPDATE! Got a call from the service director and apology for the misunderstanding - short version is they brought be a loaner (to San Marcos) and picked up my Denali and took it back in for service. It’s in for repair now and my impression of Sewell is renewed. I’ll update again when they are done.

  WOW! Out of state buyer, and we have never had anything go so smoothly. Kind and friendly service, with no pushy salesmen vibe. They really went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle I wanted was exactly what I asked for. When it arrived it was perfect!! Trevor and Bailey were amazing to work with. I know out of state buying can be scary; and the worry of a vehicle showing up not as described (Yes, that has happened to us before) can be intimidating. I would absolutely recommend this company again and again. Thanks so much for all your help.

  First time visiting Sewell, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! We had the pleasure of working with Bailey, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. There was no pushiness or sleezy sales guy attitude, which is much apreciated. I’ve purchased around 35 cars in my life, and this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at the dealership was outstanding, including Adrian. While waiting on paperwork, I had a great interaction with him, he was friendly, welcoming, and helped create such a positive atmosphere alongside Bailey. After an experience like this, I will definitely return to Sewell for all my future Cadillacs. Thank you again to everyone who made this such a memorable and exceptional experience!
