    Absolutely horrible experience with this Safelite location and store manager Justin. What should have been a simple warranty issue turned into weeks of excessive stress, wasted time, and nonstop headaches. I had to return MULTIPLE times regarding defective wiper blades after my windshield replacement for my 2013 Subaru, including a third visit where the head technician acted completely unprofessional and even made fun of me instead of properly addressing the issue. Nobody should be treated this way after already paying for a service and dealing with safety concerns during rainy conditions. I have now made at least 6 phone calls to the escalation department and still no proper resolution. Justin keeps claiming a refund was processed, yet he has failed to provide any actual proof or proper documentation showing that a refund was ever initiated. The email he sent was vague, contained no refund confirmation, no transaction ID, and no evidence whatsoever. Afterpay also confirmed they have not received any refund from Safelite. At this point, formal complaints have been filed against Safelite, this specific store location, and the store manager due to the way this entire situation has been mishandled from start to finish. Extremely disappointing customer service, poor communication, and very unprofessional handling of a serious issue.

    I stopped around locally with recommendations and couldn't get a decent price or anyone that had my windshield until I decided to call Safelite, they were easy to follow online steps, they had milliliters multiple payment options, I made my appointment and they showed up to my place did all the work. Super easy, 10/10 would recommend.

    Highly recommended. Fast. Professional. Highest Quality. I used safelight way back in 2002 to replace rear side windowbob my 2025 tahoe. Excellence affordable service. Now in 2026 - - 24 years later - - i called them for a cracked windshield. Same professionalism. Same affordable price. I wouldn't call anyone else. If you need auto glass replacement, call Safelight. (ps. I got nothing in return for this endorsement.)

    Great Mobile Service, Bad In-Store Customer Service Safelite’s mobile team—Jose P. (mobile tech) and Eli—did an excellent job replacing my windshield. They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. We all forgot about applying the rain repellent and installing new wipers which was an honest mistake. I stopped by the Loop 410 shop the next day and waited several minutes at the counter without being acknowledged, despite being the only customer. Staff (a woman and a tech) were focused on training and not customer service for over 3 minutes. After trying to figure out a way a time to have the repellant and wipers installed, the lead tech came into the desk area and arranged for the original installer to return to my home, and he completed everything quickly the next morning and with great customer service. Outstanding mobile service, but the in store customer service needs improvement.

    I’ve never had such a bad experience with Safelite until I came to this location. I’ve had a few windshield replacements through Safelite in the past without any issues. I scheduled an appointment for last Saturday (April 18, 2026) and dropped off my vehicle that morning. I picked it up later that afternoon to find an air leak, and that the cover for the wiring to the auto-dimming mirror was missing. I called and drove back to Safelite, and the technician examined my entire vehicle, stating they were sure they had installed it. The manager told me that the missing part would be ordered and that my air leak would be fixed at my convenience the following week. I called around noon that Monday because water was leaking into my truck from the poor windshield replacement, and it was pouring rain. I stated that I would be coming in the following afternoon to get it fixed. I called Tuesday afternoon to remind them that I would be coming in, but it seemed the staff wasn’t aware of my situation. When I arrived, it was clear there had been no communication between the staff, technicians, or the manager about the situation. I was told by the lead tech that an extra windshield had NOT been ordered in case mine cracked during reinstallation. I was shocked, since the manager I spoke with on Saturday afternoon told me otherwise. They said this incident would be covered under the warranty and that I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket, so I wouldn't have to worry. I told them there should be no circumstance where I am held liable for their negligence during the windshield installation. While waiting for two hours, I talked with another customer who also came in because of Safelite’s negligence. We both agreed that we’ve had positive experiences at other locations and that this is definitely a location customers should avoid (like the plague).
