Ophelia led the Safelite team at this location in making life easy for me as all the delays happened with my windshield glass replacement which was not Safelite's fault. This store is a keeper as also evidenced by its amazing customer reviews. Jay is the tek lead. He gave me confidence by assuring me I could drive my vehicle safely while awaiting OEM windshied glass to arrive. Today's early morning glass replacement appointment was delayed since I had to rush back to my Audi dealership for them to clear error codes generated by Safelite's sensors (once again not caused by Safelite). Gone are the days of old non-computerized vehicles and we all have to live with error reports be they major or negligible. Safelite's policy to not proceed with any glass replacements if too many error codes r seen by their computer where the dealer needs to clear or resolve the error reports first -- is reassuring. Jose was my tek specialist who did my glass replacement. He is one of the chosen specialists specifically for my make and model due to its idiosyncrasies. Everything after install was reported by Jose as perfect and excellent with the glass replacement and recalibrations. The store itself is truly presentable, clean, and amply supplied with Keurig goodies and a cold water dispenser. This particular Safelite location is highly recommended in my books. Kudos to manager Justin and his whole team for making my experience with Safelite truly amazing. Praying and declaring an amazing destiny for this Safelite facility and its staff. God bless you all.

My tech Malik was very good at what he was doing and explained to me carefully how a job like this gets done. He was able to finish in a very timely manner while being able to perform excellent quality of work! I usually don’t write surveys but this technician specifically earned every word I say in here. Again, thanks Malik for the work you do. Give this man a raise!

Always check your bill. The reason for only four stars is because I had my windshield replaced and on my bill they added on a rear wiper and what they called Ray X on steroids for the windshield. I didn’t order either one so I had them both removed, which brought my bill back down to my deductible. I can add rain on my windshield and the wipers in the back is working just fine.

I recently visited your Safelite location seeking a crash wrap service after my vehicle was broken into while I was at work. I arrived around 12:00–12:30 p.m. on a Friday, and the store appeared relatively slow, with only a couple of vehicles being worked on. I explained my situation to the woman at the front desk, who wears glasses, and she told me that I would need an appointment to have the crash wrap done. As a former Safelite employee, I was surprised by this response because, during my time with the company, crash wraps were treated as an urgent, complimentary service whenever possible.an appointment was recommended but not necessary, When I mentioned that I previously worked for Safelite and was familiar with “policy”, her demeanor noticeably changed, and she then told me that I could come back in two hours. I returned the next day around the same time to avoid rush hour on 410, and another front desk employee again told me that I needed an appointment. She did at least offer to check whether the location had crash wrap materials available.but still gave me no options for replacements. At that point, the original employee ended her phone call, looked over, and stated that they were out of crash wrap material. Based on the interaction, it felt as though I was being discouraged from receiving assistance rather than being offered solutions. I left feeling disappointed and discouraged because this is a service that takes only a few minutes to complete and, in my experience, was always provided with a sense of urgency for customers dealing with broken windows and security concerns. Before leaving, I decided to ask the technicians directly. Despite being busy and working in the Texas heat, they were more than willing to help. They wrapped my window in less than five minutes, were professional, courteous, and took care of the issue without hesitation. They deserve recognition for their customer service and willingness to help. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was the exact opposite. I felt that I was given inconsistent information and unnecessary runaround instead of straightforward assistance or alternative options for a replacement. As a former Safelite employee, it is disappointing to see potential customers treated in such a dismissive manner. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve communication and customer service at this location.

Manager Justin is terrible!! My glass is stained ! It’s a defect and he basically told me “you can barely see it” and acted like he had no idea what to do next! I told him I’m not accepting this after paying $1600! Im obviously upset and so then he tells me he will have their quality inspection guy call me back by Monday. This was Friday when I was there. So far , it’s going on 2 wks and no phone call! On the Monday I was there, Jay came out to look at my camera because it was rattling so I asked him about the stained glass and he knew exactly what I was talking about. BUT THE MANAGER JUSTIN HAD NO CLUE? What kind of manager doesn’t know this can happen to glass??!! Jay told me it looked like it got rained on while In storage and it just sat on there so with the heat, the stains stayed on the glass! He said he would get a product so when I bring my car back he will have it. Then Jay leaves his phone in my car so I drove all the way back down 410 to give him back his phone! I didn’t have to do that! He should’ve come to where I was to get it! The following Monday no phone call from quality inspection guy! I drive back to Safelite to get Jay to use what he got to clean the stains off my window. Now the product is missing! He now acts like he could really not give a shit and tells me that he too will have the quality inspection guy call me! But NOPE!! No phone call! No follow up!! They all suck at their job !! And have no idea what customer service is! They got my $1600! And they should have only got my deductible $500 so now I’m stuck trying to get my money back with zero help from Justin the manager! He flat out said “ I don’t know what to tell you what you need to do.” !!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR WINDSHIELD REPLACED !!!! ITS NOW BEEN 2 WKS AND NO PHONE CALL OR FOLLOW UP! THEY SUCK! UP AND NO RESOLUTION FOR MY REFUND THAT THEY OWE ME!
