Absolute garage company, in fact I've received better service from the actual garbage company. They scratched the crap outta my car and when I requested it to be fixed they came out looked at it, took some pictures, gave me some bullshit about "we'll get back to you" yeah, right. Nothing has been fixed. Avoid this company like billionaires and taxes.
After contacting Safelite to set an appointment to change and recalibrate a new windshield, the technician (Corbin) showed up on time and completed the work in the time he estimated it would require. He was courteous and professional, as well as accommodating in explaining the process. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I will have no hesitancy in contacting Safelite for further windshield work. Thanks!
The Safelite Technicians were prompt, efficient, professional, and very considerate. The windshield replacement was completed very quickly. I appreciated Sonny the Technician was very informative and provided instructions for me to follow. Superb service!
This place has great people who will go the extra mile to take care of you. My vehicle incurred some slight damage from a recent mobile windshield replacement- accidents happen. The management team (Alex G.) took full accountability and made sure they took care of the damages and even a rental car.

Appointment made two weeks in advance. I thought it safer to have repair done at Safelite shop in case of rain. Fifteen minutes after checking in for my 10 am appointment, I was notified that the replacement windshield was not available at that shop and needed to be brought in from another location which would delay work for 45-60 minutes. REALLY? Two weeks notice is not enough notice to be ready for an appointment? Why did Safelite bother to remind me of my 10 am appointment if Safelite wasn’t ready for it? As a customer, is my time of no consequence to Safelite? Very poor customer service in my opinion. Shame on Safelite! Once completed, the work was done satisfactorily.
