I had a great experience using Safelite! There was excellent communication before my windshield replacement and even follow up afterwards. Sonny (technician) did a great job and took great care of my windshield/vehicle. If you need your windshield replaced, Safelite is the way to go!
Absolutely seamless process from the time I set the appointment up to the time of the install! I liked the fact that customer service called to verify my vehicle VIN information, to ensure they ordered the right window and everything needed to replace it. On the day of my install, I received a telephone call from the technician, Jordan, who is going to be coming out to do the job. He gave me a timeframe that was damn near right on the money. When Jordan arrived, he introduced himself and walked me through the process and the amount of time it should take to complete the work. Jordan was very personable, talk to me like I was a friend and not a customer; That’s just something that doesn’t happen much anymore! Install went flawless, and I love my new windshield. I received excellent service!
What an absolute joke of an automated phone service, next to impossible to actually get a human being on the phone. Called 5 times couldn’t get to a human once, everything was redirect to the website or the automated responses kill the call. Wanted a quote on a windshield that wasn’t 1500$ which I suspected was oem price and was trying to confirm but could never speak to an actual person to find that out. I won’t give my money to companies that automate basic human communication with no way of reaching someone over the phone.
I was told they know how to change glass on a Jeep Wrangler. The technician came out to say I will need to remove the light bar prior to the service. We moved here from Phoenix, AZ where we go through 1-2 windshields per year. Safelite has been changing our windshields since 2003 without ever removing the light bar. We now don't use Safelite for anything.

Would have given 5 stars, except for the techs arrived without the correct equipment. Had to reschedule for the next day, because they only have 2 of the proper equipment needed. One was at a dealership and the other was already being used by another tech elsewhere. Which in my opinion, should have been planned ahead of time. Plan ahead fellas. Other than that, the techs, Michael and John David were very professional and friendly.
