  Outrageously overpriced. Went looking for a side mirror for a 2006 Kia. The yard itself is fairly organized; it doesn’t match up 100% with the online database but it’s close enough. After walking the yard in 100 degree heat and finding a part that ‘would do’, I put the work in to disassemble and remove my prize. However, when I went to the counter to pay, I was quoted $48 for a worn, sun-baked, eat up part that didn’t even match the color I wanted!! The cashier offered a ‘discount’ to $39. A BRAND NEW part, with the color I need, delivered straight to my home, no getting cooked in 100 degree heat, no lugging tools around, and no extra work goes for $25 DOLLARS!! Unbelievable!! Save yourself the hassle and just buy new parts online, this business model is only held up by people getting RIPPED OFF!!

  Savanha & other employee were very unhelpful- misleading. Lazy, vague on customer service. Claimed if I left review I would get free drink then turn around & charged me 3 dollars for it. Was not up front about cost after spending 2 hours in the scolding hot to be hit with a total close enough to buying the parts retail. Very misleading, very unprofessional, very disappointing & a waste of time completely. Would never come back or recommend this place .
