- CZCrystal ZJun 24, 20261.0Just bought two Red Bulls and a fountain drink, Bryan rung me up, I paid and was told whatever spill they say after the transaction. I wasn’t offered a bag so I asked for one…. It seemed like I was putting him out and interrupting his conversation with a coworker. He grabbed a bag and put it on the counter. For me to bag myself. 🤔 Also when I walked in I was not greeted, which is totally fine. I definitely don’t need to be greeted when I walk in, but it’s just another thing this employee failed to do. There was a standard that QT had at one point, guess with them opening so many at once they dropped the ball checking for customer service skills from the people they hire. Don’t get me wrong, I understand there are all types of people that come into the store with a range of attitudes, but that wasn’t me. I was just trying to get my drinks and be on my way. The beer costs more here. I can go right down the street or across the street and be treated better, the counter person will even bag my items. Go figure.

You know you have a deal for 49 cents and you don’t order soda on your truck, to have BEFORE you run out. There is no signage to say it’s out so while I was trying to mix sodas I was having to pour out so much soda wasting it because I didn’t know they were out and now my Dr Pepper is mixed with carbonated water. And then the panhandlers…. It’s the same three people I see daily. It’s ridiculous. All these people hanging around asking for money at all hours def does not have me wanting to stop at this location. Nothing safe about it. I stop for the water machine but I am going to need to find a different place to refill my water. Nobody wants to be harassed for money…ever.
