  Worth the drive. This place makes me feel comfortable and welcome, everything looks and acts brand new, I get in and out where it usually takes me two times as long as everyone else to leave anywhere else. I recommend! Plus it always feels like they are doing something good here, I'm not sure why... Maybe it's all the youngsters, but it's a different vibe for sure. <3 thank you Felicita, you were very sweet. :)

  First time at Quick Quack Car Wash to do the free wash before mothers day. My car came out spotless! I highly recommend. Their monthly subscription is affordable too. Update: Unfortunately I have to edit this review and give it 2 stars. Although it cleaned my car well it scratched up my vehicle badly. I will not be returning. Response to owner: I did do an incident report but was denied just days later. These scratches were not there prior to getting the car wash. Even the employee that took my incident report agreed that the scratches looked consistent. He also did say that there has been other reports of scratches to other people's vehicles.

  Do not take your car here. I went through the wash, it was the $39.99 package. I went directly from the wash to the grocery store across the street. When I went to load my groceries in the back, I immediately noticed damage to the paint on the back hatch. We just got the car 5 months ago, and I walked around taking pictures of the entire car when we got it. I drove back to the car wash and the young man I spoke to claimed to be a manager. He and another employee denied liability for the damage. They said nothing they use there would cause this damage. They tried to blame it on sun damage, which is absurd. That was NOT there before going through that car wash. It is very obvious, and there's no way I would've missed that the numerous times before today that I load/ unload things from the back hatch. I called corporate, and the best they could do is refund the $39.99. I canceled the membership, and now we have to pay to fix the damage out of pocket! My husband looked online, and found that there are many claims against this company, and they don't take any accountability for the damage they cause! I wish we would've never gone here. In response to the owners reply: When the giant brush hit the backside of my vehicle, it felt like a collision. It startled me. I guarantee your equipment caused this damage. The "response team" were a couple of teenagers!

  Hello, thank you for responding. I understand policies are in place for damaged vehicles, however what made this experience frustrating was the timing and inconsistency of how it was handled. I was initially willing to give this location the benefit of the doubt, which is why I left a 3-star review instead of 1 star. What didn’t sit right with me was that the damage to my vehicle was only suddenly “noticed” after I declined purchasing a membership. The associate then brought over a manager to “double check” if I qualified to go through the wash, and only at that point was I told it supposedly wasn’t a good idea for my vehicle. If my car truly could not safely go through the wash, that should have been addressed immediately upon arrival not after I said no to spending more money. It honestly came across less like concern for my vehicle and more like retaliation for not wanting a membership. I came in hoping to get my car cleaned before Mother’s Day, and instead left feeling embarrassed, singled out, and frustrated. I don’t think this is necessarily a bad car wash, but this experience was handled poorly and left a very bad impression.

  This place just opened, grand opening. Free car washes right now but man is it drama! They are SUPER pushy on wanting to sign you up for thier monthly subscriptions. After telling 3 workers were not interested, we're in a hurry, they said we HAVE to give them our email to get a wash here...even if you are a PAYING customer! Not trying to get anything for free, we are just trying to pay for a car wash and get going but it was so much drama. They are pushy! Give it a couple months or longer than we'll try here again. Hopefully once the hype dies down, the customer service will kick in with all the young ones working there. Sad thing is, we literally live right across street and were excited to have a car wash so close to us....but yikes! The pushy, rude invasion of wanting your personal information (email) is no bueno, first impressions matter.
