Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Saw their grand opening promo months ago and went in for a carwash and accepted their promo, I can't remember all the details of the promo. I went back the following week, still under the promo, got a car wash and verbally asked to have my membership cancelled. Based on the attendant's response, I left thinking my cancellation had been processed. Just found out my membership wasn't cancelled and that I've been charged for it for the past several months. Called corporate and the best they could do was offer me a refund for the latest month. Membership was immediately cancelled, which is what I wanted, but I can't even get a single carwash for having paid for the membership for the past several months. I accept it's my responsibility to review my monthly expenditures and incoming e-mails. I should have noticed the monthly payment sooner, but as far as e-mail notifications go, we all know how much spam e-mail we get daily which really turns me off checking my e-mail regularly.

When I told the attendant I'm really in a hurry can I please just do the basic wash I really need to go he continued for about 10 minutes trying to force me to buy the membership. I nearly backed out of the driveway and said forget about it it's not worth it. I told him many many times I don't wash my car that often and the membership would be a waste of money for my particular situation and he still continued. Take some advice if the customer declines three times please just give them what they asked for and let them through because I told him 10 times I wanted the basic and he wouldn't take no for an answer. I can get the same quality of car wash closer to my house without an attendant harassing me and I will use them from now on after this experience.

The car wash cleans well enough, nothing spectacular, but one day I heard a loud crack and when I checked my car after the wash my windshield was cracked! I drive a new Lexus, that had no existing windshield damage, and was very surprised. The employee was very helpful, took pictures, and helped me submit a report. When the manager called me, he was nice enough as well but stated the policy is Quick Quack will cover NO GLASS DAMAGE whatsoever, since they do not know if there was “existing damage”. I asked to see the video footage to see if there was damage to my car when I entered the wash, and was denied. They will only show it to the insurance company. It may be cheap, but the windshield replacement won’t be. Be aware before you join, and try another car wash in the area.

Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
