They both offered to help cleaning the inside of my car and also helped wash the outside of it as well! What kinda service gets you that? They even gave me a free air freshener. I will 100% be coming back here. It’s a safe spot and prices aren’t even bad. I got the basic option for $12 and my car is looking CLEANNN. Come by here if you need a quick wash/clean. They won’t disappoint trust.

Great customer service! Arthur was my cashier and he was very nice and throughly explained different car wash packages, he asked if I needed any help during my vacuum, he made sure I was well taken care of! You can smell the soap from just sitting inside your car as it’s going through the wash. I definitely will be recommending to friends and family!!! -also, Damp towels are a plussss! Edit** has more shade than any car wash near by so it makes vacuuming a lot more pleasant. Guys are checking in with everyone and making sure we don’t need anything. From start to finish, this was a great experience!
- DJdesiree JeffersonMay 3, 20265.0Wow not what I expected, when I pulled up to the wash today I saw these two young men working on the vacuums, when I saw them working I said to myself okay they might be a minute before they come and talk to me, NOPE !!! Sam came running to greet me and introduce me to the wash and all that it has to offer. That’s what you call customer service, then Chris was guiding me into the wash and I couldn’t get my car into neutral, Chris was able to help me turn off my auto hold. Lol. These boys were such gentlemen and I will be returning.

How do I sign up for an unlimited car wash plan?
Signing up is easy and takes just minutes. Enroll online at myQQ and select one of our premium wash packages. You’ll enter your license plate or VIN to link your vehicle, allowing you access to the Members Quick Lane. You can also sign up in person at any Quick Quack Car Wash location
How do I cancel my Quick Quack unlimited wash plan?
You can cancel your Quick Quack membership anytime by logging into your myQQ account or calling Customer Care at 888-772-2792. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no additional charges will occur after cancellation.
How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
What is the Quick Quack 100% Clean Guarantee?
If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll rewash your car immediately. And if it rains after your visit, return within 48 hours for a free rewash. And if you have an unlimited wash plan, you can always come back for another wash anytime.
