  The wash broke my new car TWICE! The first time, it broke the cap from my roof rack. They were able to find it, and I reinstalled it, thankfully. I took the roof rack off, and went through the wash the next week, and it broke off my trim cap where the roof rack attaches. They were not able to find it that day, and no help from management since then. Customer service told me that I'm basically out of luck. Terrible customer service from this place! Now I have to come out of pocket for the trim pieces from the Toyota dealer. Thanks guys! My car is only 3 weeks old.

  Decided to try this car wash since it got a 4.9 and am very Disappointed. No clean towels except for 1 bin on the other side of the lot. Not well upkept. Been to many carwashes but this is the only one that messed up my car roof sealant and is a very aggressive car wash ( really beats the hell out of your car). Unfortunately I got the membership for this car wash, def regret it. Will be switching back to my old car wash or washing by hand from now on.

  The Quak on Belverde is hands down the best car wash in San Antonio. Not only for the amazing ceramic car wash you get but the customer service is by far the the most excellent of any car wash. The Manager comes out and greats you and asks if you are completely satisfied. More companies should take their approach. I will always be a loyal customer and look forward to adding more memberships. Thank you!!

  The staff at this location was not helpful at all after the wash damaged my vehicle. The wash tore off two rubber roof weatherstrips and broke the bug shield on my truck. These items have been on the vehicle 18 years with no incident going through other washes throughout the years. When I notified the staff the attendant just said he was sorry then asked it I wanted to fill out an incident report. As if, no I just wanted to tell you about it for the fun of it. He went inside the wash and found all of the pieces and brought them to me and then they proceeded to question if the bug guard was aftermarket because they don’t cover aftermarket component damage. Now I have to have someone reinstall the parts and I’m stuck replacing the bug guard. This $40 wash cost a lot more. They drug there feet on starting the incident report so I left. My time is valuable and I could see they weren’t in any hurry to resolve the complaint. Needless to say I will be cancelling the wash membership.

  I signed up when they first opened and gave their monthly service a try. First car wash wasn't that great and left the hood and parts of windshield unwashed and the wheels and tires didn't look like they were done at all. (even though that was the wash i signed up for) I decided to give them another try after a couple weeks. This time while the wash did seem better, when i got home I realized their brushes had broken off my license plate bracket. You cant call them on the phone so I drove back to show them the damage. They took pics and said a manager would contact me after they looked at the video. After two weeks I had not heard back, so I returned and gave them the time and info again. I was told I would be contacted again. I was not. They never seem to have anyone of authority working. The third time I supposedly talked with a manager who said their resolution team would reach out and get it resolved within 48 hours. I never heard back. Very disappointing and would not return under any circumstances.
