Thanks for caring about how clean the car got and for giving the free incentives at the beginning and the end of the service. Preciate the Texas hospitality. Btw we collect ducks and we’re not from here this was a great getaway to get your space you use a lot clean!

- AFAlfred FloresApr 14, 20261.0In March, I came to Quick Quack for a quick wash. The employee told me that they were having a deal for the price of $9.99 for the next three months. I took the offer and went about my way. In April, I checked my bank account and saw they took out $24.99. I went to talk to an employee at Quick Quack and was told that the person that told me that deal gave me bad information and it should have been one month only. I then talked to customer service and they agreed with the employee. Customer offered to give me a coupon of two free months which I declined. It is sad for a business to take advantage of a customer for little bit of money. Update: To the owner, I did talk to Customer Service and did cancel my membership because the only way I would stay at Quick Quack if they had approved the offer that was told to me by your employee of $9.99 a month for 3 months. They did offer to give me a coupon for 2 free months but I would rather get the refund of the $24.99 and be done with your business. The thing I find suspicious is that just down the road at the new car wash, Suds Deluxe, was offering a similar $9.99 a month for the next 2 months.

I bought the second most expensive trying to get sand and salt water off after getting back from the beach. The sand was not caked on but the car wash did not clean it off at all. The underside of my car wash did not even wet. We went to tell the worker and he could see what we were talking about, he apologized and gave us the highest wash for free after - too bad that also didn’t work. I pulled through again to see the outside of my car looked clean, however the tire area and under my car were still dry and covered in sand. The whole reason I went was to help my underbody, so now I’m out the money and don’t know where to go. They advertise undercarriage cleaning, but that’s not what you get.

How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
