  This was our first visit to Principle Volvo. We were interested in looking at Volvo CPO low mileage XC90’s. Our salesman, Pablo Rodriguez was super helpful and we ended up deciding the XC60 fit our needs best. Although we had not intended to purchase during that first visit, Pablo showed us a 2023 with very low mileage which we decided to buy. The dealership was easy to work with and even though we purchased pre owned we were treated as if we were getting a brand new high end vehicle. Pablo ensured we knew how to operate all the technology and he has already followed up twice to make sure everything was okay. We’ve never owned a Volvo before and so far we are quite happy with the car, dealership, and Pablo.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Volvo XC90, and I especially want to recognize my salesperson, **Angela Mendez**. From beginning to end, Angela went above and beyond to make this deal happen. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled properly. What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was just another sale. She communicated with me, answered my questions, worked through the details, and made sure the vehicle was taken care of before I took delivery. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when financing, paperwork, trade-offs, and last-minute details are involved, but Angela made the entire experience much easier. When something needed attention on the XC90 before delivery, it was handled instead of being pushed off on me after the sale. That says a lot about the level of customer service I received.   I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Principle Volvo and had a good experience. I took my vehicle in for service and had a great one. Ken, my service advisor, was helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Great experience!

  If buying from outside San Antonio be sure to call and confirm out-the-door price before leaving home. There is a $1,995 prepaid service charge that they add to the price at the last minute that is apparently non-negotiable. Hard to justify driving 2.5 hours round trip to get an oil change and other services you have to prepay. This bait-and-switch killed our deal and helped explain why the up front pricing seemed attractive. Buyer beware.
