We came in looking for a vehicle we found on line the day before. The next morning we were told oh, sorry that is not availablein our inventory. They close at 6pm and open at 9. We were contacted after 6 and were first customer in at 10am. The old bait and switch we told the salesman who was handed us off to by the salesman who my wife spoke with the night before. He was busy with meetings. He had set up the appointment at 10am. We looked at other vehicles, found one we could live with, not one we wanted. We were there, 7 hours. Yes 7. They had to rush thru because it was after 5pm, closing at 6. How long should it take, 3 at most, right. Andrew, our salesman, was nice and helped ease us thru the process. He had to hear our disappointment and frustration but he worked thru it. Although we did get texts and emails from management, General manager, etc..., I believe they were just standard auto texts and emails that go out automatically to customers. I replied numerous times to all numbers and emails of our dissatisfaction, but never received a reply to our correspondence. So probably just ghost calls. Don't expect a personal call.

Angela was an outstanding salesperson from start to finish. When I called to inquire about the 2023 Volvo S60 Recharge, she was prompt and thorough in providing all the information I requested. She made sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision, and she proactively followed up with updates without me ever having to ask. On the day of purchase, Angela was personable, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her attentiveness and genuine care made the entire experience seamless. She's a fantastic salesperson, and you'd be in great hands working with her to purchase your next vehicle. Highly recommend!

Bought a used crosstrek from them a few months ago and everything has been great with the car. The process was smooth and easy, the staff and our salesman Christian and Brent were fantastic. They were willing to work with me on the price and we got a really great deal. I would typically never get a warranty but they gave us a great deal on that too which was fantastic. Overall I had an excellent experience. If I'm ever in the market for a new car I will certainly be coming back!

Customer service is always on point and I am normally 100% satisfied with Volvo but had an issue with this visit. Was frustrated with being told it was recommended and critical that I replace the entire axel due to torn boot that was then decided by the warranty inspector only needed a boot replacement. I was prepared to follow the recommendation of the maintenance professional and spend close to $2k to replace the axel. Not understanding how another outside party can come over the paid and trained Volvo technician and override a critical recommendation to a lesser fix. I was also not given an option to possibly pay the difference so I could get the axel replaced since the vehicle has some good mileage on it. Seems shady and does nothing good for the trust of the Volvo technicians and this process.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received from the wholesale parts department, specifically from manager Scott Peterson. We are currently trying to return a part that was **incorrectly supplied to us**, even though the VIN was provided when the part was ordered. The part should have been verified against the VIN before it was ordered and sent. I do not understand why an incorrect part was supplied in the first place, and now we are being told the return is being denied because it was a special-order part. If the wrong part was ordered due to the VIN not being properly verified, that should not become the customer's responsibility. I emailed Scott directly explaining the situation and our concerns, and I have yet to receive a response. As a customer trying to resolve an issue that we did not create, the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this was not the only problem we experienced. From the beginning, the entire parts-ordering process was disorganized. We had to deal with **three different parts advisors** because the people we were originally working with were unavailable. One advisor went on vacation, so someone else had to take over the order. We experienced delays, were told parts would be delivered on certain dates only for them not to arrive, and repeatedly had to call ourselves for updates. After all of that, we still did not receive all of the correct parts we needed. We explained this entire experience and the problems we encountered, yet the manager still wants to deny the return because the part was "special order." Again, **we provided the VIN#. It was the responsibility of the parts department to verify that the part being ordered matched the vehicle before placing a special order. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What is unacceptable is refusing to take responsibility for the mistake, denying the return, and then not responding to the customer who is trying to get the issue resolved. This has been an extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. Based on the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service we received, I would not recommend this wholesale parts department.
