  I strongly advise against using the car wash service at this dealership. After my vehicle maintenance was complete, I had to wait 50 minutes solely for the car wash, which was not communicated to me beforehand. After waiting for 40 minutes, a staff member finally approached me to ask if I wanted to wait an additional 10 minutes for the wash. Why was this information not shared 40 minutes earlier? The service advisors continuously walked past me and completely ignored my presence.

  Kevin and Ana were exceptional. My insurance company gave them a lot of pushback on a completely legitimate claim for my windshield. Kevin and Ana persisted and finally got the insurance company to do the right thing by paying the claim. My car was immediately repair and the end result was an excellent replacement of my front windshield along with the total recalibration of the electronics attached to the windshield. My car was returned cleaned and vacuumed. All along the way Kevin and Ana were professional and kept me in the communication loop consistently. I’m happy to give the Volvo team five stars.

  The Volvo team was, as always, on point. I had my 2019 Volvo XC90 serviced, and they helped me out with a brand-new loaner. That's when my girlfriend was hooked; she wanted a newer Volvo. I said, "Soon." Well, Volvo reached out to me that my vehicle was available for trade-in. I picked a Volvo XC90 Plus 2026, but I was having second thoughts. I sure am glad I decided to be part of the family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Henry and staff for all you've done. I'm loving this ride, and in 3 years, I'll be excited to see what you all we'll have in stock then.☆☆☆☆☆

  I will follow up this review with screenshots of text messages & calls to show how awful the communication and service was at this dealership & explain a full out of what got me to this point. However, after paying $2200 to have a car with less than seventy thousand miles "fixed," I left the dealership in pouring rain turned on my windshield wipers, heard a crunch and saw that I only had one windshield wiper. I assumed it had flown off and made my way off of the interstate to attempt to buy another one. At that time, I was told that the wipers had been put back on incorrectly, crossing one another. The left wiper was crushed under the hood, and the right wiper was banging my hood, chipping a huge piece of metal with it. I called volvo, and they tried to give me the technician that already failed at communicating with me. When I told them that was not acceptable, I needed someone else to contact me.They assured me that a female would be contacting me and I never heard back. I had to buy rainx to get home. Still not having heard anything from volvo, I took my car to the foreign car shop in Boerne where they removed a wipers and replaced them correctly. I am beyond livid. I used to sing volvo's praises, but now I will make certain that everyone knows not to deal with this dealership and to reconsider volvo. This was the third volvo that I have owned, and it will be the last. Their customer service is not what it used to be. More to follow

  Exceptional professionalism, and one of the best of all those dealers I have dealt with with respect to service. I was on a road trip and had safety sensor issues, and my cruise control did not work because of it. I’m from out of state and they took me in immediately to help me with my situation. Which frankly is amazing another dealer outside the area had told me they could not look at my car for a week. They performed the needed diagnostics and repairs with above average skill and efficiency, even working over the weekend.. Although they did not tell me this, it appeared that they were understaffed due to an illness through the shop, But still managed to get the job done in ecord time for somebody who just showed up on their doorstep. I picked up my car and drove it trouble free to El Paso a day later. I was back on schedule thanks to the wonderful people at this dealership. If you were a road tripper or use your car for work and have an issue, I would make a B line for this dealership to get your problem solved. If you have ever had a problem as as a stranger in a strange land the trust and honesty of this org is paramount.
